My #1 favorite Giants’ WR of all time. This guy was never scared of the moment, always locked in. One of the best slot WRs of all time with that shifty route running that Carlos Rogers had to acknowledge while mic’d up, lol. The most important part of the 1st video is the beginning when he’s greeting his teammates on the field... notice when he talks to Eli, he acknowledges him with a “sir” . True respect! I will always love Cruz no matter what 💪🏿💪🏿

Who would have thought, after winning the super bowl in ‘11 that two of our brightest and youngest stars Cruz and Nicks would be out of the league in a few years? When Cruz was on top of his game, he was impossible to cover in the slot.

Cruz was one of my fav receivers too as someone who is also Puerto Rican. He was electric after the catch in his prime and tough and u can't forget the endzone salsa . If only he never got injured. Maybe those last few Eli years we could've made some noise. We were robbed of a young Beckham / prime Cruz tandem SMH

These were arguably the best WRs in Giants' history. I'll never forgive you for that.
