Why did they have to match up Liberty and Coastal Carolina? I mean, its a good match up, but it would be nice to see those 2 play some power 5ers and see what they can do.

Miami lost their QB witb what looks like a major leg injury...(Derique King ) Sucks because I think they finally found a good one
No Wallace on the field for Oklahoma State for large segments of the game

that was sad, I feel really badly for him. It has turned into an exciting game. Miami is really resilient.

Why is it that every time I see Sam Ehlinger play he legit looks like a 1st round prospect? What am I missing that the scouts seem not to think he is going to be good?

I still like Trask's pro potential. He's had the worst start for his career in this game. Fortunately for him, he has pretty much 3+ quarters to make up for it. It is going to be challenging without his main wide outs though.

Honestly this was 2019 Trask. Not even this bad.
He was a completely different QB in 2020 so I'd have to think most of this is due to his new targets and losing 2 potential 1st round receivers.
Either way, some bad throws.

Unless he brings this team back with these recievers to out duel Ratley he has a very bad last look before the draft

Really hard to judge Trask off that game, but it certainly hurt his draft stock IMO. I think he would still be a later 1st rounder though at the current date. LEts see what he can do at the combine and interview processes.

You put this kid on Florida or Alabama with that pro talent around him, and he's winning the Heisman.

Well, I heard for months after we drafted Jones that if he played for Alabama or Ohio State he would have had amazing numbers too. I really havent watched much if any of Wilsons games this past year so I cant really dig in too deep. He had a great season though from what I can see numbers wise.

Different arm talent, night and day, like comparing Pennington to Elway....silly comparisons I hear and I giggle at are the "if we give Jones a third year, he will become Josh Allen cause, look at Allen in HIS 3rd year".... Jones is not Allen, nor is he a pure pocket passer and a legless Eli Manning. So, some top scouts are Mac Jones over Trask, even before this game. If you had to choose one, who you taking at pick 7? Just for shits and .

Its unfortunate his guys opted out his timing was off all game.

I saw Trask quite a bit this year and he looked Burrowish IMO. Maybe not as legit, but a poor man's. Id probably take the chance with Trask still.
