We stayed in Cape May for an Anniversary awhile back, those cozy Victorian Bed and Breakfasts and quaint restaurants are right up our alley. Don't recall seeing anything Eagles related, seems they must have strict codes for maintaining a certain look about that area. Up unitl a few years ago my wife and I were going to CM practically every year for over 20 years. Lots of Eagles fans but you wont see much in the bars because its not a sports bar type of place. But the tourist shops have there load of Eagles shirts etc. Its a 2 hours ride from Philthy. As far as Cape May we love it. Have stayed in a handful of the places down there. We found a few we liked and have stayed multiple years in a row. Its very laid back and Wild Wood is 5 minutes way if you want that scene for a night or two. No, we don't go down there to mingle with any locals. Only fine dining, mess up some frilly sheets, nap, repeat...

Usually get a good buzz going there. The Philthy peeps are not locals they are on vacation too.
