Or homophobia. If it involves a white straight man. Daniel Jones over Haskins. Judge over Bieniemy. Ect. Ignoring everything else that disproves this.

What Ross failed to realize is Marty Hurney has a working relationship with now Washington head coach Ron Rivera. I’m sure Ron wants to work with someone he knows, trusts and has the same ideas when it comes to building a team. If you don’t like it Marc, get better friends.. Nature of the business, you hire people you are familiar with..
Using racism as an argument is easy. Bring facts to the table, look at it objectively. You might get people to take you more serious.

Agree I don't care if your black white brown or what ever we are all just people some good some bad some just average, really can't agree with you more here. Rivera worked with Hurney DG and seemed to like the way they did things working with the coaches and such his choice. None of Rosses or anyone else worry. want another job. #1 show you learned from the shit show you were part of with the Giants. #2 don't start ripping your X employer because your but hurt that they fired you for good reason. #3 don't accuse potential employers of racism when you have 0 clue what the case is. Worry about your own house first before you judge others with ugly accusations.

Rivera said it manny times he enjoyed working with Hurney and Gettlemen because they get the players that fit what the coach wants in a player. Ross is getting more pathetic by the year.

I was actually shocked to read it over on Bleacher Report no wonder Reese keeps is distance. Desperate men know no limits. Professional sports is a fraternity, it’s extremely difficult to get your foot in the door. And when you do, you can be out on your ass as fast as you got in. Ross issue is he is trying to justify why he’s not part of a franchise. Instead, he resorts to this petty racial bullshit that no one wants to hear. He got his clicks now, because that’s what it’s all about nowadays. Say something outlandish, and watch the clicks go up. What he should do is first, drop the self entitlement. No one owes you a damn thing. Second, keep racism out of your topics. Want to talk about it with close friends at the water cooler? Go right ahead, but once you bring that drivel to the public, prepare to be ridiculed. And lastly, accept you didn’t do a good job when you were with the Giants. Yeah, you found some good players. But overall, your job was that of a failure. You didn’t lose your position due to your skin color, or being out of work due to it either. Your track record and jilted feelings are keeping you away.

Well said just don't understand, the first place a failure needs to look is in the mirror. The Giants were renowned for stability he was part of the destabilizing of the franchise, only way to get back is the face it and fix it not complain about it my military is showing through lol.

Those that can, do. Those that can't, teach. Those that can't teach, teach gym. Those that can't teach gym, go into the media.

I take it Marc Ross didn't get the memo about WFT hiring Martin Mayhew as the GM and Jennifer King (a black woman) to their offensive staff.

On the bright side Mayhew landed in a good spot WFT is a QB away from being a really good football team.

I'm wondering if all these guys who hate Marc Ross can point to ONE decision he made that hurt the team.

Although unless my memory fails me, each of them has also spent time in that barrel.

It's not like he was the face of the franchise. Honestly, some people just need boogymen.
