Is on NFL network is on now from noon to 3pm. A nice pleasant memory for a Monday afternoon. Our defense did come to play that day. And were going to be stronger this year. And stronger yet next year.
The future is here.

Nice, a brief glimpse into being competitive. this game reminded me what its like to watch a football game against a real team and actually feel like we have a chance to win. Its been so bad for so long, I hate that I watch nearly every game against good opponents expecting to just get stomped on the lat few years. That was a nice little preview into our possibility

The future is here. this team is set up right now nicely they spent a lot but they have a ton of draft capital next year that should allow them to stay out of paying other teams draft picks in free agency next year.

They only won 6 games but they were competitive and it was anyones game in most of there matchups 49ers and Baltimore stick out, the rest were battles.

The 3-game losing streak to AZ, CLE and BAL were not competitive. The Seattle win was nice, one of the best wins in years. But those 3 games threw some serious cold water on that. But overall I agree, we were competitive for most of the season.

Being competitive is nice when you’re playing horse shoes, or checkers. In the pros, you either win or lose. No one cares how competitive you are.

For a team with a young first year head coach that nobody expected anything out of, being competitive was something we had to establish. This season I agree, nobody cares. We have got to win games.

But overall I agree, we were competitive for most of the season. Those three games made it so freaking obvious how bad we needed WRs to threaten the other team. That flaw was masked most of the season as we were able to gain leads and hide the fact we couldn't score. Those three games as soon as we fell behind it was lights out. If that's what it takes to spend big on a top WR and a first round pick on another stud WR then I'm all for it. The silver lining.
