EVERY SINGLE TEAM in the NFL has drafted someone that had issues with law enforcement either before or after they got drafted. The title of this thread is pretty much stating the obvious.
When it comes to Baker, He is not a criminal and was found innocent of his charges. His work ethic was his question mark coming into the league and was confirmed by his lack of improvement in his rookie year. If he were any good or showed glimpses of justifying that pick, he would still be here. He made it easy for the Giants to move on.

Just a note of clarity here and NFL franchise arrests rankings since the year 2000
#32 Texans - 13 (seek choirboys, not good football players, pre DeShaun Watson who hasn't been arrested but is no choirboy apparently)
#31 NYG - 16 (one less than Dallas)
#29 Cowboys - 17 (tied with the Rams here)
#2 Broncos - 47
#1 Vikes - 49 (just for reference)
