NFL execs, coaches and players pick our best players, not name Saquon Barkley.
#1 was predictable. Leonard Williams. Not a bad trade only giving up a couple mid round picks. Was risky and had potential to blow up in our face but turned out to be good.
#2 I think he is great, but I was surprised people chose him.
#3 and #4 man I wish I could see your faces when you read this one. I was floored and I'm more optimistic than most on here. I hope this one is right.
#5 Good to see people recognize this man. He only has one flaw IMO that he needs to fix. It's a major one.

Our best player last year was James Bradberry. We'll see about 2021.

Will Hernandez must have written the article. How his name got into the list is comical..

3 and 4 are bullshit of course I want these two to get good They are both actually very good run blockers. I was shocked to see them on the list though lol. Man if they can improve their pass pro this year we could have a very solid OL. I wonder how RT will do this year.

I have no argument with #1 and #2. B But your right about #3 and #4. We could all name better players on the team at #3 and #4 than their picks. And #5 should send Kruunch running off the roof screaming. It's just click bait cause they know were all biting at the bit to get going.

It is click bait, but apparently people in the league said these things. I'm pretty shocked that Bradberry and Martinez weren't even mentioned. Those two with Williams were the best last year. Peppers at times was a beast as well. I think it was the Seattle game that he was just on a damn mission and was everywhere, tackles for loss, sacks, pass breakups.

Hell we could name the top 5 players just using our defense. The players you named were our best 5 LW, Dex, Martinez, Bradbury, and Pep. And Ryan could be the 6th last year.

After 1 and 2, that list is bad. There is a strong chance that neither Engram or Hernandez will even get considered for a long term contract. Hell, Hernandez got benched for a 5th round rookie. Also, Lemieux might have shown some flashes but he wasn't good overall.
Its like someone picked random names from their roster after 1 and 2....

For some reason I am less scared about the OL than the skill players. Obviously our skill guys are very talented but they are all injury prone. I feel good about our OL being decent enough to not destroy the team.

Obviously our skill guys are very talented but they are all injury prone. I feel good about our OL being decent enough to not destroy the team. They released their best oline and are banking every other player to take step forward. I guess you could argue that they improved at tackle but that is probably marginal. Without 2 steps forward from Lemieux, they will be worse at guard. This line looks top 17 to 20 at best and last at worse.

It’s like he picked names out of a hat and went with it. Hell, I would put Graham Gano and his right cleat over Hernandez and Lemieux.

I feel good about our OL being decent enough to not destroy the team.Based upon what? Based on the growth that I witnessed last year. Based on us scoring 24 ppg without Barkley and a WR core that didn't threaten anyone and a TE that dropped a ton of passes. If we could score that much last year before Jones got hurt I feel pretty good that this OL will be good enough.

Good teams develop players and they improve; bad teams don't develop players and they look to replace them.
We will see what we are this year. If Judge and his staff doesn't get their young players to improve then he won't be a successful NFL coach.

I'm guessing only if we can get the great signing called Solder playing left tackle again.... Well, they certainly can't get any worse .... according to ESPN Analytics

I worry that the Giants could drop into the abyss like the Cleveland Browns did and really disappear for a long time, God I hope not...

Flowers...me? Being I actually evaluate high school linemen, I certainly can attest I hated the pick, the play and his attitude...but sadly, as was brought up to you...he was still playing better than your Gettleman pay for crap tackle...Solder.

Yep...trying to be optimistic, but this OL is still a huge question mark. Any areas where we play subpar where we are expected to be strong, and yeah...Cleveland Browns here we come.

Well if you think Flowers ever played better than Solder it's no wonder you evaluate high school players and not college lmao. Enjoy your weekend.
