Right, either he'll make it back or won't. The Giants don't know any more than we do. They have not made any definitive statements for a reason. And, who knows what the next injury will be? This is an injury prone player. It's common for guys coming back from ACL's to injure something else. its also not uncommon for any NFL player to get injured. They do know more than we do for sure. There is zero reason for them to commit to anything at this point. Even of they felt he was ready which he obviously isnt. Running backs are statistically more injured than any other position which was about the 10th dumb reason to use the #2 overall pick on one.

Tired of waiting. We got key players that can’t finish seasons. And don’t give me that well it happens shit. I for one am sick of it. By now it is pretty much a gimmie that he isn’t going to be ready Week 1. He’s going to come back whenever and then he’s going to get hurt again. We’ve seen this all before, man. At what point do people get sick of the same old shit? I didnt give you "this shit happens". If you think he's going to just get hurt again then why do you care so much if he starts game one? I get you are aggravated but at least try and make sense. I WAS optimistic about him getting back right away. Now…forget it. And the reason why I’m aggravated is this is a pattern on this team. Injury to key players who can’t make it back and if they do make it back they are a shell of what they once were. Sickening.

Other than that…I agree with you

What the hell is Jones and Hernandez doing on this play?
totally ****ing up? Hernandez thought he was getting help from the center? Somebody messed up bad. I have heard Jones threw the ball to the defender on purpose to give him props for a good play I'm seeing people say the play was called dead on twitter.

Other than that…I agree with you I get that but Barkley is on the team. That cant be undone. Even if Barkley has a great career and helps the NYGs win that pick was still not a "smart" pick in many fan's minds.

Here are my observations from Fanfest FWIW: - The players seemed to really enjoy having the fans there. Leo Williams and Dexter Lawrence were really engaging with the fans. Engram and Toney were playing catch with the fans. Toney seemed to be having a lot of fun (he only worked on the side during practice though).
- Jones threw some nice balls, but in reality I think that he would have been sacked in a real game before getting the throws off on a lot of them. Kind of disappointing IMO. Still seems to hold the ball too long.
- Shep looks great and he is clearly Jones' go to guy at this point (at least without Golloday on the field).
- OL: All were wearing big knee braces on both knees (this is apparently a Judge thing). Lemieux was moving around fine. Gates had his belly out the entire time (love this guy!). Slade got reps at LT. Burton got reps at RT. Murphy got reps at LG.
- Coaching: Judge is very involved. Conducting drills, talking to players during stretching, etc. A big presence on the field. Practice seemed very organized.
- Ryan Santoso is a big dude and booms the ball. Made two 54 yarders and barely missed from 58. Gano is entrenched here, but this guy should find a job somewhere.
- Engram: Is it a coincidence that the guy has his first drop of training camp when fans are there for the first time? I'm starting to believe that his problem is a mental one -- wilting under pressure.
- Rudolph still standing on the sidelines in street clothes.
- Golloday moving around ok on the side.
Glad you had a good time, even if it was hot as hell. IMO, Engram's problems are entirely in his head. Hope that changes this year.

Nice good write up. More reliable than most stuff you see on the internet.
Barkley full participant yet?
Jeez ... I should have mentioned Barkley. Kind of important, huh? He worked out mostly on the side, but he did line up wide on an 11-on-11 drill, but no one came near him! Because he was simply too fast and elusive?

Sounds about right when you watch the play it looked like the receivers stopped running their routes or at least one did on the right hand side of the screen.
