So just judging from week 1 the Cowboys appear to be exactly what most of us think they are. A top tier offense with a porous defense. They scored a ton and their D got 4 takeaways and still gave up 31 points lol. I think every game this year will be like this for them win 38-35 and lose 31-29.

a hail mary and tip drill picks. D was lucky on those two. but yes their offense looked good even without a run game. Dak looks healthy, took hits and navigated the pocket very well. He was also effective vs the Tampa pressure. He is seeing the field very well.

Yep Same old team we have seen since 2006 ish An offense that has.looks unstoppable for a large segment of the game A bad defense In position to win but makes critical mistakes at critical times.. Coughing up a lead at the end to lose
And now one of their o linemen out for 5 games due to self induced idiocy.

They lost a significant piece of that offense with Gallup going down not sure how many games.

I mean, playing at a neutral site against such a mediocre team! Yep, same old Dallas ! Especially with all the returning faces on that same old porous defense, same old system, same old coaches. They looked so familiar I thought that Red Jesus had returned to coach!

La'el Collins gone for 5 but on the flip side Zach Martin comes back and can play that RT position (he did in 2020). Connor McGovern looked great against that Tampon Bait DL in Martin's spot at RG. Dallas is thin on the OL after the top 6 are gone.

Are they? or is it 1st week football? Did I need to put "so far". Everything in life is "so far". They are what we thought they are until they prove otherwise. "So far" they have proven us right.

What does that mean and who are we and us? Their D got 4 takeaways and they did not win?????? That is far from what a top tier Offense does . Any defense that produces 4 turnovers and does not win. That is the metric of a not top tier offense. The Bucks gave them 28 points free. Dallas' Offense could not beat them?????? The definition of a top tier offense is; do not need turnovers to win and when does places foot on opponents neck. What I saw was 1st week sloppy football. Nothing more.

So now that Suinday evening is setting, and judging from more week 1 games are the Giants who you thought they'd be? As an innocent bystander I'm pretty damn disappointed at their showing against a lower echelon NFL team. I'm glad I only watch bits and pieces of their game, not very entertaining. I picked the Giants along with everyone but Wash to be in the hunt. Looking at week one results I see only 2 teams that look to be at a high level.

I am not sure, nor was I before this week, that Denver is a lower echelon team. That's a good defense. The O was what I thought we would be to start things off and I expect them to improve. Our D is not what I expected though, we simply could not stop them. Two eight minute drives given up is 1/4 of the game given up in two drives. Giving up 4th downs, 3rd and longs, red zones. The D looked lost.
Washington has a shitty O and stud D, just like we figured.
Eagles looked great but played one of the worst teams in the league so I will hold off snap judgements, but they definitely looked good.

sometimes a start like that can propel a team. Eagles looked like a team that has it together. You can only play the competition on the field.

I believe the Cowboys hill win the NFC east I think so too although i still think Philly always plays better when counted out. I don’t trust Washington or the Giants. Dallas may have lost yet it was to the Super Bowl champs.

Cows in a heap of trouble missing stars thru COVID Protocol, injury, and Collin's suspension. I'm not gonna sweat it. Their biggest hurdle is overcoming Fat Mac.
