There is a silver lining. Those who really believed this team was good continually remind us how smart they are while we sit at 0-3.
After drafting zero OL Dave Gettleman told us he had more faith in the OL than some did . . . now he’s trading away DL depth and signing players nobody else wants.
The Giants drafted, supposedly, a modern day WR b/c you need for a modern day offense. Everybody who wants to draft linemen and linebackers within three rounds is prehistoric and not modern day like Kansas City, etc . . . yet if you look at Kansas City’s drafts and the more successful teams in the NFL they aren’t going skill as often within three rounds as the other positions. Praise intelligence, the Giants have been drafting skill positions for years and the record speaks for itself.
Hey look!!, a modern day $6 million dollar Evan Engram was booed on the field and mocked leaving the field while the prehistoric $6 million dollar Tomlinson is in Minnesota. Good news though, Tomlinson’s replacement statistically is better vs the passing game and the unit is worse collectively . . . hmm, even BJ Hill has more sacks than Williams. Thank goodness those two dinosaurs were moved in their prime b/c this modern day team doesn’t need them.
Let’s blame the coach b/c, without proof, it’s pretty obvious he’s running the show and not Gettleman i was told.
Thank goodness the cap is healthy according to a modern day article who ignores prehistoric math . . . wait, what?
This just sucks and I'm pissed I was correct about Getty where he wasted no time proving he wasn't the guy with the second selection in 18..
