Now that’s how to win a game!!!! I will say that was 53 minutes of a frustrating with 7 minutes of glorious. Won all 4 on the road, outstanding! they blocked so many shots. Finally, a breakthrough and avalanche followed. Very exciting.

Thank goodness the Rangers are playing so well, it really takes the edge off watching the Giants get embarrassed week in and week out.
I'm LOVING this team right now

Rangers really need to come out at the beginning of games with a bit more urgency. This isn’t looking good, Markstrom stopping everything. Edit: that was a good old fashioned ass whipping tonight. Ouch n

Best win of the season tonight after the long break. That was a buzz saw the BJ’s ran into tonight. I’m glad they had all week to stew over that crap they put out on the ice Monday night. When this team plays right the ceiling is mighty high.

Shesterkin steals another one. Just fantastic. And of course Fox great as always.

Rangers are still soft. They had 4 players stick checking McDavid on that goal and nobody could put a hit on him. I remember back in the old days someone like Beukeboom would have knocked his head off his shoulders.

In all fairness they are 1-0-2 on the west swing so far, not to shabby. Maybe they can redeem themselves in Calgary tomorrow night for that stinker they threw out at the Garden against the flames.

Glad I went to bed at 4-1 Rangers last night. I didn't trust Georgie and the D to hold that lead. Atleast the offense woke up. It's still early and this team is young. Can't make this a habit though (blowing leads)

I’d say that the failures against Calgary don’t bode well against many of the East’s tougher teams. They are like Islanders west and they trounced us twice. 6-3-3 looks good on paper, but without Shesterkin the record could be much worse. Florida is outstanding so far, Monday night may be ugly.

That was a rough stretch on the road. Hopefully only playing 3 games at home so far can be a viable excuse early in the season why they have struggled. Perhaps more wishful thinking. We'll find out soon...

Yup, they've stolen many points thanks to Igor, but the whole division is over .500 in the stupid NHL scoring system.

Great win, but my goodness this team needs to learn to play with a lead. Way too interesting at the end.

Fla is so good yet, sometimes their skating is more impressive than their shots. The Tampa series was off the charts amazing last year yet Tampa won in Five games. Adding Reinart and Lundell is big. They’re certainly not going anywhere yet we just saw a game similar to the Tampa series.
As far as the Rangers. I really think they need a big defenseman although they system has a few they aren’t ready. The Strome at center just won’t go away and there is no replacement.

Man, this is the shakiest 9-3-3 team I've ever seen. But, points are points.

Man, this is the shakiest 9-3-3 team I've ever seen. But, points are points. I like the way they played the last 2 nights and that shootout was awesome. Last night they still did something dumb. When you are up a goal with 3 minutes left all 3 forwards can not pin to the offensive boards. It’s still a young team.
