The chain of command is flawed in the NYG organization. If your system is bad the pieces you add will not work well. The Giants need to move into a modern NFL system. Culture is important for sure but cannot override a bad system in place.

I hate to use this but it's the old Einstein theory of solving problems. The Giants will not get better without going deep.

That is definitely one of my favorite movies. The ENTIRE Giants organization should be fired and all of them should have just one week to win their jobs back. Second prize is a set of steak knives. Third prize is you're fired.

They still will have the same 🤡 hiring them.

If Joe watches the same tape everyone else saw, then there will be lineup changes for next weekend, because there were players on the defense who absolutely quit in the second half.

He would also see Peart was good when he played RT but was a train wreck at LT...unfortunately no Thomas probably for a few weeks means we ...well.. I'd rather Solder at LT and Peart at right only to start developing Peart at where he supposedly is projected to be the guy to actually evaluate him ....

I'm thinking that is what Judge meant by his halftime interview where he said we are going to use this half to see who we keep going foward

Some guys just don't have it in them to be able to handle losing like this and be able to come in and stay focused, If thats the case NY the last ten years isn't the place for them.

Believe it or not Solder and Hernandez graded out pretty good, Peart belongs on the right side even tho I watched some of his tape against dallas he ddi get tossed and push pulled but managed to stay in front of his guy, maybe if they let him play week in and week out he can take some nice strides towards being a starting caliber RT. from what I saw there were some balance issues and the DE got control of his wrist a lot when he would long arm him this seems to be correctable with work and play time.

He thinks that his "born lucky" genes qualify him and any one else named Mara to be a CEO of a complicated organization or run the personnel department. What are the odds that two guys with the same name are actually qualified for those two critical spots?
