In a combined five seasons, the Giants are a combined 7-30 in the months of September and October. 2017: 1-6 2018: 1-7 2019: 2-6 2020: 1-6 2021: 2-5 1. We haven't entered November with more than 2 wins in the past 5 seasons. 3 out of the 5 seasons we've entered November with 1 win. 2. This spans 2 GMs and 4 HCs. 3. This typically digs a hole so deep that our season is over by Halloween. 4. It does not allow us to fairly assess the talent properly. 5. Given the amount of draft and free agency equity that has been dumped into this team, this record is incredibly alarming. 6. Four seasons removed from Reese's last season, this team is no better off than it was when he was dismissed. One word: Maras. LOL wanna get even more depressed go back to 2013 probably not much better except the outlier 2016.

2011 Chris Fredo Mara becomes VP player personnel
The decline starts during the offseason 2012 when while many of of were still celebrating our last superbowl if you look back at it all the signs of an imminent collapse were there, probably the worst O line ever to be part of a super bowl winning team that was in rapid deterioration. Defense that really was being carried by a few people An imminent bad cap situation...
That offseason was when the team should have been blown up But .Chris Mara ...

Worst record in that timespan in the sport. We can’t even get out of the gate without tripping over ourselves. Every year we’re behind the eight ball before the season gets to the quarter mark. Great teams would struggle with those terrible starts. Bad teams normally crawl up and die. We haven’t been above .500 since 2016.. To achieve that takes skill and determination to suck at your job..

Fixed it for you. Now 2-6 What the hell? I totally just lost this game for us. Undisciplined posting. F'me. Nah. They did it all on their own Good post. Shows how far this team has fallen. DG has to go prob Judge and Garret and the idiot DC Graham Judge is supposed to be all abt fundamentals yet we constantly shoot ourselves in the foot with terrible penalties and bad clock management Just the 2 jumps offsides in the Washington game & tonight cost us 2wins 4-4 and in the hunt vs 2-6 and looking at the draft again on 11/1

Couldn't agree more.
It is on the ownership and their nepotism.
I don't think it'll be changing any time soon.
Since our Championship in '11 we've had 2 winning seasons. 9-7 in 2012 and 11-5 in 2016... And since the start of 2017 we've been the worst team in the NFL. Tied with the jets for the worst record and the only team in that span that has never ever had a week above .500.

Thank you for putting on paper for all to see, because I think it will put it in to perspective for many who just don’t get it. The 2017-2021 records in Sept/Oct are what I’ve been screaming about. Seems like football is the last thing on this owners mind judging by the early season records.

Seems like football is the last thing on this owners mind judging by the early season records. It makes you wonder what the team is doing during OTAs, training camp, preseason, etc... showering their “leader” with drinking hoses while he rolls around in the mud like an oblivious pig. It’s all fun and games til **** circles back to charlottes web.
