Looks like they're superbowl contenders now. Will be an interesting matchup between the Rams and Bengals. . Rams not losing to the Bengals at home. Kupp is something else and that Rams defense will look like what the BUCS defense was in last year's Superbowl to Mahomes. Cool Joe is the real deal but hes coming out on the losing end in a few weeks. anyone would probably say the Bengals shouldn't be able to beat the Rams given the situation of the SB and being at home, ect. But shit I've been saying it for a few wks now that I wasn't sure how their O line would hold up but man ole man they might just have destiny on their sides. I want OBJ to get one but I also like the Bengals story and I love Burrow's moxie and fire and that he and Chase reconnected in the NFL. It's a feel good story for any team to have hope from where they might have been recently. The only thing about them winnning though is that means ole punk azzzzzzz ShEli Apple would be a SB winner and I'm not sure I'd want that. For all of the trouble he caused us while he was hear someone like that I really don't care for and especially since he's still talking shizzz and just seems to be a flat out punk!!

I didn't think the Bengals had a chance against KC and that was proven wrong so I will not make the same mistake twice. I would love for the bengals to win because that fan base deserves it. LA? They can't fill their stadium with their own fans. The only reason I would want the Rams to win is for Strafford who played far too long in Detroit. That guy deserves it as well.

On the general themes of the thread, I think it's fair to point out a few things:
1. While not good, the Cincy oline is absolutely better than the Giants oline 2. Most importantly, pointing to the single exception to the rule doesn't make the rule bad or untrue. Joe Burrow is the first QB ever to reach the superbowl being sacked as much as he was in the regular season. I think it points more to this particular scenario playoff scenario going a different way and some great individual performances rising above something Cincy will still want to address long term. 3. I'm not taking anything away from the Bengals, they are winning gritty. But we do have to look to some other teams failures. I mean, the Titans sacked Joe Burrow nine times, who loses a freaking game when you're getting that kind of pressure?

Let’s be fair, Burrow is making the best out of a poor offensive line. We on the other hand, use it as a crutch. The Bengals team should show us something. You can get away with subpar play from the line, and still win in this league. Only difference is, they have a quarterback that is playing well beyond his years.

Bengals Cinderella run ends in LA. LA has a way better front 7 than the Titans did & they sacked Burrows 9x, the Rams have Stafford at QB, not Tannehill. The game is won in the trenches & I think the Rams DL will dominate the Cincy OL & win this game by 2 scores at minimum.

Burrow holds on to the ball way too long a lot.. must have faith in his receivers to get open.

I wonder what all those Detroit fans that booed Stafford are feeling now. Nothing? Maybe. I would think maybe that they booed the wrong guy.

Maybe. I would think maybe that they booed the wrong guy. Ah, too much blame, too much credit. Comes with the job.

We do use it as a crutch, but it's (it being an awful OL) also not a sustainable way to win. Sure there's seasons here and there that teams overcome it. The only "sustainable" way to win with a horrible OL (not below avg or mediocre, but horrible) is to have a QB that is quick, fast, untouchable, scrambles to throw and doesn't take big hits. Only team I can think of recently that I've seen win alot games over many seasons is the Seahawks with Russell Wilson. Kyler Murray and the Cardinals look to me like they could be successful with a bad OL (if they had a bad OL).

Burrow is playing great in spite of his Oline. The Bengals are going to beat the Rams. Book it.

Why are the Bengals continuing to be underestimated? I wouldn't count them out, playing the way they're playing. It's going to be a lot closer than you think.
