I kinda feel the same way, but this is the wrong thread. Kafka. Two others mentioned it before me. I’m just chiming in. I think they tried to be more aggressive and got burned Beveridge they don't have the personnel.

Im just concerned that we have a first time HC and first time OC. I like the idea of fresh start. But I was hoping for experienced guys.

You would have to expect this hire to bug people. Why? Kafka the author.

cool....hopefully he works out. Can't say they aren't trying to get better. I lost all my optimism though. The NYGs still suck big time until they dont. I found you a new avatar: <button disabled="" class="c-attachment-insert--linked o-btn--sm">Attachment Deleted</button> nah....no peeking!!...lol

I'm a big fan of YOUNG FRESH MINDS running the offense because they have fresher Ideas and tend to get more creative rather than some Old Retread who still think "Old School" way of playing football works in 2022
I'm sure it will still be Daboll Offensive System and him working closely with Kafka and jumping in and out calling plays himself but these are great hires strictly for Daniel Jones and/or if they decide to draft or bring in another young QB to develop

I'm excited as everyone else, but I was also excited bringing in Benny McAdoo as a highly successful young offensive mind.

Experienced, inexperienced. We have been batting under the Mendoza line for sometime with our hires. I don’t know this guy from a hole in the wall, so it’s going to take time to get accustomed to this addition. What I do know is he comes from a franchise that has an embarrassment of riches from the offensive side of the ball. I’ll settle for the middle class of offenses after what I witnessed last year.

Yes, this dynamic is all new to us. He comes from a different place, loaded with coaching talent. I am totally in On trusting this GM and a "non JM approach."

I hope all these coaches come through for us. I have no idea. I do like though that these offensive coaches are coming from Buffalo and KC 2 of the most prolific offenses in the NFL. This is the side of the ball that needs a complete overhaul. And if they all know one another and worked together in NE thats great too.
I like the idea Dabol is surrounding himself with people he has worked with already. They could all be on the same page right from jump street since they already have history. They'll all be excited to be together again or they wouldn't have agreed to be here.

Well, there you go. No one here knows what this guy will bring so dont let them make you think they do, positively or negatively. Just a note Played for NE Belichicks in 2013. So, another one from them to go with Daboll and Graham (Both were in NE in 2013 as well). All 3 of our main coaches are Belichick decedents of some sorts. Not to mention Judge was there in 2013 as well. Hope it is not a curse,LOL.

a couple months ago we had judge and kitchens giving us the worst offense ive ever seen. Theres never guarantees, but now we have two guys who were on the front lines with josh allen and patrick mahomes for a few years as our head coach and offensive coordinator.
I will totally take it.

If we play our cards right, we can work our way up to being a pathetic offense.

I think the player decisions Shoen makes and overall health of the team is going to impact the Giants way more than the coaching staff.

Garrett was a problem but not the problem. The issue with the Giants is there were so many problems there really isn't anything that could confidently be labeled as "the problem".

The issue with the Giants is there were so many problems there really isn't anything that could confidently be labeled as "the problem". The biggest problem is that the players on the field were bad. The team we were fielding by the end of the year couldn't beat anyone, and I doubt any scheme changes would have made a difference.

What is the need to find the biggest problem? Who cares at this point? The FA signings were bad. Drafts were bad. Cap management, bad. Coaching, bad. Playcalling, bad. Players, bad. Team health, bad. Quite literally this team was bad at every conceivable facet of being a football team. At that point there is no "biggest" problem.
