Joel Klatt didn't tell any lies. When you're the worst team in football over the past decade and have a dumpster fire at the QB position, there is no rebuttal. They better hope and pray that those 3 QBs they passed on end up being đź—‘.

Not at all. The Giants were simply in a bad spot at the draft. Those end of the season wins were totally useless. I do feel like they tried very hard to trade up to 3. It just didn't work since all 3 of those teams needed a QB. I don't mind the Nabers pick. They just better hope that none of the 3 QBs mentioned end up being really good. We will never shut up about it and the Giants will never hear the end of it. I guess I couldn’t care less about what other teams are doing. I want the Giants to build a franchise/contender. And by my personal estimation Schoen is doing just that. I don’t get caught up in the fans’ knee jerk instant gratification/emotional rants. But fear not. Just like every year, next year around January/February fans will be calling the 2025 QB class “deep.” I agree with your sentiment 100%. Well said. I don't have much anger in the tank anymore.

I'm disappointed! What good is a WR without the franchise QB we need? And next year for QB's is slim! Sadly, another crap year is ahead for us!   I love how in April 2024 you already know the QBs entering the April 2025 draft. I bet you that you fall love with one of these QBs around December thru March. And Nabers is 20. We have him for five years. I also bet you that we draft or sign a QB to be that “franchise” QB going into the second year of that rookie deal.

I still don't get why they traded back and gave KC a homerun threat WR. Huge miscalculation IMO

Huge miscalculation IMO The second trade back is even more baffling. If you pick at 32 you maintain the 5th year option. Picking 33 there is no 5th year option. Makes no sense to me.

Two things: 1. He calls him Janiel Dones. 2. When asked about what he thought about him as a QB, he said “Um…I’ll wait till I get here to see.” He’s probably thinking he can’t be as bad as what I’ve been hearing, can he?

Bills take a WR Keon Coleman that would have easily have been round 1 except for a slowish 40 time.

Can't go wrong with a player named McConkey.

Not sure I fully understand what Atl is doing, feels like they could have picked up picks and still gotten both.
Edit, I see they traded up for him. Was he really a risk to be taken?

guy was such an unexpected reach announcer couldnt even pronounce his name gifted Newton to the Commies. Good player for sure, and should have been taken by Atl... I think Ruke has a higher ceiling. He reminds me of Tuck. He just getting started as a pass rusher. Already stout in the run game and great first step for a DT. A good coach will only make him better. He just needs to get more consistent and work on his technique. I was hoping he would make it to the Giants. Hope Fiske might be there now.
