fbwat.ch/1cm5ngOMkEnVxNP6 I like the sound of him. Judge seems to be putting together a young, hard working staff. Not big names, but they all seem like they are hungry and do well with player relations. I like it Yep Teachers as well.. OC and Oine coach are the most important I also hope we get seperate running game and passing game coordinators.. Just seems the teams that have a seperate running game coordinator have the better more innovative running schemes

A little clip on the new QB coach Jerry Schuplinski. Obviously a good amount won’t apply to us since he’s talking about Dolphins players, but you can get an idea of the personality and coach he is a bit.

I think that Miami situation was a tough one for a lot of the coaches so I have a hard time truly judging them based off of that. Fitzmagic had quite a run late in the season although he’s capable of that kind of game almost any time he plays or the polar opposite, very similar to Winston in that regard lol The QB coach is an important role with us wanting Jones to develop properly, but the words of Jimmy G and Brissett, two young QBs when he was with them, makes me more confident in him. We will have to wait and see

It’s worth a further look as to why has Rosen not gotten better.

I do like how two young QBs in the league raves about him. As for Rosen it is a bit concerning that he didn’t really develop, but maybe he simply doesn’t have what it takes...? I did tune into a few Miami games early and Rosen did make some good throws resulting in drops and things like that, but nothing special. Hopefully his stint here is more positives like Jimmy G and Brissett than the question mark/troubling stint with Rosen

Don't know anything about the this coach but Jimmy G and Brisset got their foundation from him and seem to be doing fine.

I have seen quite a few Dolphins fans not happy that he is on his way out, so that makes me feel quite a bit better about his tenure in Miami. Adding that to the endorsements from Jimmy G and Brissett, I feel pretty good about the move, I hope he can help Jones take the next steps as a QB.

I will say just off of clips, I think my favorite addition (not including coaches coming back) to this point is Freddie Roach. Sounds like he is cut from the exact same cloth as Judge. They both will want intensity and physicality. Hell, Roach looks like he could suit up and pick up a couple sacks for us right now lol

You can compare the skills of a potato to McAdoo. Just because Kitchens is better than BM, is not an indicator of competence. Just the fact you have to lower the bar for Kitchens that much tells a lot. Tells a lot of what? Why so cryptic? Have you lost your balls ? The discussion that you interrupted was that MacAdoo is as bad as Kitchens since you seem to dismiss that simple fact.. Looks like you hate the Giants new head coach and new defensive coordinator also since he hasn't proved anything to say he will be a good coach.. Sucks being you! That is as straw-man argument . I never stated Lack of experience is an indicator of lack of competence . I did say Kitchens track record as a play caller questions his abilities to do so in a manner that creates wins,.

You know a lot of people are coming after him but that Brady the OC at LSU this season is going to get an NFL OC job somewhere. I would make a phone call first thing Tuesday after the game tonight.
Supposedly Rhule at Carolina has the inside track.

I'm wondering if our OC is on a staff of a team still in the playoffs and he is communicating with Judge..
Which means hopefully its Mike LeFleur, the passing game coordinator from San Francisco The most diverse, balanced offense left and also extremely innovative and modern in how they use all their personal, all in a WCO concept

Would you like to see Brady developing Jones ? I think I would. He worked a miracle in Burrows. Jones isn't quite as big but he could play like him I think. He's just as fast and I think he throws just as good. maybe Brady can reduce Jones turnovers ?

The coaching staff is shaping up to be .... interesting?? I'm going to reserve judgement, as it sounds like Judge is hiring people he knows can carry out his vision.

Yeah...
This is a cast off of no names right now.
Little concerned about the lack of experience.
He seems to just be taking in the guys he knows instead of the best guys? Or both. Who knows.
Let's hope he is getting us on the right path.
Please for the love of God I am so tired of waiting and losing.

If they can bring his beliefs and vision to reality on the field they will be a fun team to watch. there will be some learning curve going on new offense and defense.

I have a good vibe about the QB coach. He seems level headed and personable. The fact that 2 young QBs who have exceeded expectations endorse him so freely is music to my ears.

It just occurred to me, there may not be an announcement on OC because Garrett is under contract until tomorrow. I would not hate this just because he would be the one with experience as a HC on the staff. Does Garrett have a vindictive bone in his body? Could he possibly provide an edge when facing the Slumber party 'boys? Yes, there are more exciting picks for sure but unless it's a guy that's still coaching(tonite or in the NFL Championship games) I can't see why it's still not pinned down.

I'm going to give judge a year before I comment on his choices. Plus not many (or any) here know a lot about any of them. Maybe that's the point.
I do remember how excited some peeps were when we got Bettcher. Chasing the last hot coach or the next media favorite hasn't worked too well.

Its probably someone coaching still or Garrett..... And they have had communication on the qb coach Garrett would be a perfect fit for a versittle offense that can be run heavy and attack in the air...

I view Garrett and Judge as being different as two coaches can be, I can’t see these two working together. Coaches don’t just hire coordinators they have no experience with.

What you say makes sense but we've already heard from Giants brass that they would choose coaches "together". More importantly, what offensive coordinator capable coaches would he have experience with that would actually be available?

I am happy that we, for the first time, are actually disposing of the past and thinking outside the box. This is a great development as far as I'm concerned.
