Wouldn’t be surprised if O’Shea is the OC. I know people will hate that here ....

Wouldn’t be surprised if O’Shea is the OC. I know people will hate that here .... Its so weird hijacking Miami's entire coaching staff after them winning 4 games... The D-Cord and the O-Cord? Sounds like an awful idea. Im thinking Flores is letting them go for a reason.

Also, Palmer got the Asst Head Coach title, which is a promotion. O’Shea got fired, so I’m not sure what happened there.

I would be interested in Joe Brady. Still a gamble but hell, might as well jump all the way in it now.
Apparently he is the brother of a Miami Dolphins cheerleader, so there is a Miami connection... :-)

@jordanraanan As new coach Joe Judge tries to fill out his staff, he interviewed Mike Shula on Monday for the Giants offensive coordinator job, per sources. Shula was the Giants OC the last two years under Pat Shurmur. Helped in the development of Daniel Jones.

Still pretty odd how no other names have been mentioned for OC interviews yet

This notion that the Dolphins should be the last source for our staff is stupid. This franchise sold off all their good players. They sacrificed the 2019 season and put the coaches in a terrible place. After losing their first 7 games they finished the season 5-4, while beating both the Eagles and Patriots. ....and did it with a terrible roster.
I would say the coaching job done in Miami was nothing short of brilliant.

You know a lot of people are coming after him but that Brady the OC at LSU this season is going to get an NFL OC job somewhere. I would make a phone call first thing Tuesday after the game tonight. Supposedly Rhule at Carolina has the inside track. Didn’t he just sign an extension with LSU? Oh Hell did he ? LSU hasn't made a mistake this entire season. This is what championship organizations do. Great for LSU bad for the rest of us.

You know TC I might be caught up in the moment but this LSU offense has been a juggernaut all year, over 700 pts this season. Brady and burrows haven't missed a beat. Of course those WR's don't get as much credit as they should but the whole offense very impressive.
Now in the NFL can his concepts be nearly as effective ? But his offense at a college level is like KC's offense. 2.0. This is why Bienemy had me so intrigued. I feel after all these years of losing I am just so open to try anything. Don't know if I'm being smart or not.

Yeah, I don't think any of us know enough about these hires.
Can't say I blame Judge for going with guys he knows ... may only get one HC opportunity in the NFL, so don't want to risk in on guys you don't know ....

They won 5....so your point is moot. 5 whole games? You don't get awarded a win unless you win the whole game. So yes, 5 whole games.

Shula gets 1st interview for OC. No doubt got the interview through Jones's endorsement of Shula. Judge is obviously taking rookie QB continuity into consideration, although I figured they would've considered Shula for the QB coach position, all things being equal. Hopefully it's Judge leaving no stone unturned and keeping his promise about giving everyone a fair chance.
