Imagine not firing the GM or HC who hired him, typical Giants scape goating. More heads need to roll.

Giants couldn't even get this firing right. They keep Garrett over the long bye and then fire him on a short week. I have no confidence that things will change with Kitchens Correct

Season can't be saved at this point, but they might be able to actually evaluate the players on offense now.

He deserves to be fired but make no mistake, this is Judge trying to save his job.

The scapegoat is gone. Now is it officially “no more excuses” time? Nope, we're giving Judge an extension now. If in 3 years this team hasn't shown that it's going in the right direction,THEN we will seriously consider talking about maybe considering putting Judge on notice. Maybe.

I just hope Kitchens and the rest of the offensive staff can salvage something, and help get Daniel Jones on the right track. Offseason would be so much more straightforward without QB being on the list. I think possibly QB would go on the 2023 wish list giving Jones more time to change their minds. If you look at Kitchens as the new coordinator then Jones is on his 3rd OC in his 3 years in the league....to others points maybe with better play calling you can evaluate him a bit more before the end of the year. You also got the kid on the cheap for next year.....and if he pans out his 5th year option too.....so the Giants don't have to do anything contractually with him and if they deem QB a need in the offseason they can snag one in the 2nd or 3rd like maybe Purdy. There's not one QB worth a first next year so unless the Giants target a big name FA QB or are comfortable starting someone drafted in the later rounds Jones will get one more year of evaluation in my opinion.

I have no confidence that things will change with Kitchens Spot on, they couldn't even get this right. Remember, Garrett sucked last year and looks like the same guy again AND it was Judge who decided that last year was good enough to bring JG back. So please, my friends, don't get your hopes up too high.

I never like seeing this stuff happen but it needed to, That said how much will really change they can add some things but the offense is the offense right now and it looks like Jones will be playing in offense #3 next season unless they use these last 7 games as an install, this is so f@#$ed up

Should've did this during bye week WTF took so damn long that idiot coached like he was sent from the Cowboys to sabotage us, 1st and Goal from the 4 and that IDIOT would have DJ in shotgun and a empty backfield...awful OC so Good Riddance but it should've happened sooner Next Up On The Chopping Block...

I have no doubt things will improve in the short term. Not sure if it will be enough to win games though. The HC is still incompetent.

This is definitely good news, Gettleman needs to be next. Unfortunately, this probably buys DJ another year or two and more excuses.

I would like nothing more then Jones to be the guy, that said firing Garret doesn't fix the OL and Jones was pressured 48% of his drop backs last night the Giants can't protect the passer nor rush the passer 2 of the most important things you have to do to be successful. I think you have something there draft accordingly with OL and Edge being priority, see if they can catch lightening in a bottle with a later round QB if Jones pans out and they find a viable alternative they have a real good problem QBs are gold.

Garrett deserved to lose his job, but by all accounts he is a great guy. I personally never like to celebrate someone losing their job.

That might have been the best Baker has been, he has regressed a bit the team carries him he doesn't carry the team, agree were in for another exciting January and February and March all the months other teams are quite.

Garrett deserved to lose his job, but by all accounts he is a great guy. I personally never like to celebrate someone losing their job. In other news firing him doesn't fix the main issue the OL now maybe Kitchens with the help of Sale and maybe Calloway might be able to work around it better then Garret did.
