That could be true but it may not be true with a new GM if we do not see more in the last 5 games. That is a large cap investment so the new GM has to ask himself does he want to continue down that road for 2 more years. He is one of the few 4 year deals, I don't know what year is the best to part ways usually is sometime after the 2nd to soon it can hamstring the team longer right now they are in good cap standing after 2022. Any new GM owes to ownership to be sure about these contracts paying money to guys no longer on the roster most defeinetly pisses an owner off especially if said play goes else where and is productive. I agree but to keep KG you have to make sure its not throwing good money after bad money. It would be 28 mill in dead cap money before next season. 40 mill after it starts I believe.

How about the start of the third season. I'm not an expert on this stuff but I think it is around 7 mill in dead cap money after the 3rd season. We also have to keep in mind he is not the fastest guy and he will be 29 next season. Edit: I looked it up. If we cut before June 1 2022 23.6 mill dead cap 2023 10.2 mill dead cap 2024 6.8 mill dead cap If we cut after June 1 the dead cap hit is broken down over 2 years.

Judge post game presser, “the team is moving in the right direction.” Translation: "I don't know what I am doing, I am in over my head but I will throw out some coach speak to fool the stupid and gullible"

It feels like we keep throwing a dozen band aids into a food processor every year and turn it on. That seems to be the extent of the Giants plan. There is no strategy, no road map, no vision, no markers laid out to measure our progress against a winning plan. There is none of that because the man responsible for all of that doesn't know where to begin. He is so over his head in the job he refuses to relinquish.

Depending on what happens I would say if he is terrible they will eat the 10.2 in 2023 if he is jus above average they will pull the trigger in 2024 or possibly let him finish it up if he is above average.

Sustained winning will come from synergy between coaching, management, and ownership. We know the way NYG is run this is complicated. The FA signings and the failure of the O line are the most glaring issues. Yet the defense is close, perhaps a couple pass rushers and a LB away from being great. Look at how the D keeps the score down despite the O not sustaining drives. With a real attacking offense the D would look even better. There is no one set plan or way to build a winner. There must be a plan and have it followed through but obviously there are too many Chiefs in the NYG Tee Pee.

Who knows who is going to win this one. The Giants can't score and Miami has held opponents to 17 pts or less each of the last 3 games. Bet the under. Shep and Toney doubtful, Ross hurt again but might play. Guess Goloday should get a truckload of targets. Saquon hasn't had a game where he rushed for more than 60 yds. Last week he has a 32 yd run and winds up with 40 yds rushing. Seriously ? Oh and another 13 yds receiving, wow what a dual threat. Glennon to me is nothing more or less than what Jones has been putting out. Can Glennon lead the offense to more than 13 to 16 pts a game. I TD each of last 2 games. And I was actually complaining earlier in the season when we were scoring only 2 TD's a game. What could I have been thinking. But the funny thing we could win this game. I'll be watching anyway rooting for my beloved Giants. I can't help myself. glennon actually has a decent arm and throws a good fade/jump ball. I’m expecting golladay to have success
