The Giants offense is going to move the ball well against the Titans as the Giants offensive system and players can't be stopped. They amply demonstrated that in it's pre-season games, and will again in regular season games when they bring out their big guns. That will only get better in future games as the Giants players get more reps and install more plays. If the Giants defense can hold the Titans running game in check, that bodes well in future games when the Giants again play good running teams. Agree defending opponents passing game will be a work in progress. We'll be able to access in the Titans if the Giants are or are not up to par already. - so they will score points on every drive? - they are supposed to get better as the season moves along - so they beat the Titans even even f ithey are not up to par on D?....wow Your enthusiasm is great and hope you are right. You must be betting or if not you should since you think its a sure thing. Like a one horse race No team scores every drive. But the Giants offense will be consistent and put many points on the board in most games. The points scored should increase as more plays are added and the players get more reps the the offensive system. The Giants can lose any game. Such could be on fumbles, bad plays called, bad reads leading ton interceptions, or bad defensive play. But I don't see Jones making many bad reads and interceptions as he's practiced the pass plays against various defenses for a week before games. I also think the offensive line will provide Jones with time to throw just like they provided to all the Giants QBs in the three pre-season games. Also the new recent free agents signed will make the OL even better.." I think the Giants defense is close to being up to par, but there's some uncertainty as the Giants didn't face any great runners in pre-season games but will this Sunday. will be facing one of the best running backs in the NFL this Sunday. But I do believe that the Giants interior defense is very strong. My main concern is the Giants having multiple inexperienced cornerbacks. But I have faith in Wink coaching them up very quickly. Whether that includes the Titans game remains to becseen. The main difference between us as I saw a good offensive system that worked in pre-season and thatcwill continue to work smoothly in the regular season. On the other hand, you need to see that proven to you..That''s fair enough.

One guy hasn't played in 2 years on two different teams while the other is a 3 day draft pick who usually need some grooming for a season or two. Crowder has proven he's not good so the coaches have their hands full with this group.

as long as we play a respectable game, even if we lose I will be OK with it and consider it progress, but I would love a win.... I can be on board with that....for now. Likewise if they win wont over react. It will be one big step up the steep hill they have to climb in 2022 If we win...... Superbowl!!!

Having unproven ILBs vs the Titans is not the best matchup.
But I have a lot more faith in this Giants team being able to score points than I did at any point last year. So they have a shot.

Robinson and other starters not targeted in pre-season because the Giants didn't want starters to get hurt in pre-season games, and not know their possible routes.

Manage to says they have confidence in Crowder and other linebackers. Plus, Wink has different defensive packages. So we don't know for sure how many minutes inside linebackers will play. All the players, old and young, are playing in a completely different defensive system. So draft position means nothing. Just need to see if they get the job done. We'll see On Sunday. I do sense that Wink's defensive system will allow players to make plays that they didn't in others.

Interesting you say this to the fans out here while commenting where the cast offs were drafted when they sign with the Giants. Most players drafted the 3rd day need some extra seasoning before they are consistent contributors getting the job done..

If 3rd rounded, someone clearly liked the player at that time. I make my own judgments in players. Wish 6th round Beavers didn't go down. Believe he'll be a star someday. Interested to see how Free agent McCloud does. Believe he was not drafted. Read somewhere that someone said they thought he was the Giants best pick-up along with Pinnock and Anderson. Believe Wyatt Davis was a 3rd pick. Not impressed with him at all. But small sample to see on all these players.

The offensive line, linebackers, and Robinson are the three keys to a Giants victory. They all have to play well. Offensive lines usually need time to gel, so I expect some glitches, hopefully no turnstiles like in the recent past. Neal is going to have a great career, just hoping he starts off better than Thomas did.

STs needs to get off on a good foot too.
Maybe get a turnover too.

In reality, the Giants will play better than expected, but still lose while suffering injuries to three starters (Kadaverous Toney is one of them).

As I'm just pointing out that players draft the 3rd day are usually thought of as developmental players which is why they didn't go earlier.. I hope Beavers is a good player at the NFL level but unfortunately that will have to probably wait a couple of years until we see it on the field.

at this point in time I think the key for Giant fans is PATIENCE, it will happen but will take some time, I'm thinking somewhere around game 5....

NJ.com has a prediction article for Week 1. All their polled experts have the Titans winning, with an average margin of victory of 14 pts.
That’s an interesting benchmark I’ll keep in mind.

You on the other hand like to post opinions that are impossible to know and I was just pointing out to you that you're incorrect this time.. Maybe this is due to me actually being a professional player so I have a completely different perspective of what it takes at the highest levels of sports to become successful. Enjoy the game this weekend!!

the odds of Golladay , Barkley and DJ all having a great game is a long one for sure Not at all. However, there is one piece of the team necessary for this which has even greater odds...stonewall Oline play

Enjoy the game this weekend!! Davis was third string guard for Minnesota and dropped from roster. His lack of certain skills have been written about. He's videos show his short-comings. I say he's not a good player, and you reply that Saints taking him off the Giants roster shows I'm wrong. Hard for me to follow your logic. That does not mean I'm wrong. I'll be wrong if Davis plays this season and performs well. Till that happens, I won't be wrong. Nor will I be wrong about my saying that the Giants offense will be excellent is proved wrong in games played. Glad you were were a professional athlete. That's a rare achievement. What sport did you play?
