Geno earned the right to say what he wants Giants fans didnt believe in him , Macadoo did...... I still don't. He has been in that system for 3 seasons he damn well better know it. The season isn't over yet it's not if he screws it up , just when.

The season isn't over yet it's not if he screws it up , just when. And he has a GREAT set of WRs and a good TE. Now complemented by a RB with a huge chip on his shoulder. He should be able to win a game at home VS a depleted roster featuring 3rd string O linemen and practice squad WRs. Oh, and two muffed punts as gifts. I do hope to see them again.

I wonder what he would have said if there weren't two muffed punts?

The guy is having one good year and he's gotta bring up something that happened 5 years ago? What an asshole. When he was a QB here he went off on Rex Ryan. Geno being Geno dude is playing good ball but it took what 8 ten years. they run QBs out of town in 2 to 4 years. Seems to me the guy to be thanking is Pete Carroll as opposed to the various and multiple GMs and HCs that preceded him. But maybe that’s just me. He’s still got that knack for being small. Shame that.

Oh Please. Geno isn't saying this shit if they lose the game. He's making this win way more than it is. Seattle ain't extending him beyond this year and they won't do shit in the playoffs. Good for Geno sticking around the NFL when most guys would fizzle after the career he had, but this little "revenge" tour he thinks he's on is all in his head. Giants fans never wanted him. Jets fans never wanted him. We didn't want him then. We don't want him now. He ran into a team with 2 elite WRs and a solid running game. More power to Carroll for building a style of play that suits him. And nows hes a better QB than the first round selections the Jets/Giants made after they got rid of him Who could have guessed that one? Looks like Genos laughing last. Certainly we could all pretend that the past 8 years hasn’t occurred but that’s a bit ridiculous, isn’t it? Revisionism aside, it’s all there. Are we now saying we’re prepared to give Jones 8 years to prove himself? Or maybe just 4 teams? 4-4 seems like an odd time to be over celebrating. I say we should at least wait for the perfunctory SB MVP. 😂

Shame that. Exactly. He’s in a great spot and I’m genuinely happy that he’s taking advantage of it. Gotta admit I’m a little surprised that he’s still so petty, especially for a mid tier starting QB. Taylor Heinicke is gonna need his beer held soon.

Yeah, they supported him for one game (which he lost) and got canned. It was obviously more than that or he wouldn't have mentioned it. They were his GM and HC for one game as Giants starting QB. A game he lost. Five years ago. There's literally nothing more to it than that.

Sarcasm.... Maybe he wasnt being petty, maybe he was thanking them. Again, then wouldn’t Pete Carroll be the guy to thank? He got a change for changes sake shot in NY, that he was unable to cash in. Hardly a ringing endorsement. The idea he considers that comparable to what Carroll did for him is um…..something. There’s gotta be a word for it..,,,

Im not sure Jones is materially different then the lad we drafted out of Duke at this juncture. Still struggles with progressions. Our coaching staff rarely asks him to do this now. If Jones's first read isn't there he runs. I know Geno's record this year isn't as good as Jones but he's certainly played better. He and Jones both have a lot to do for their teams to figure out exactly who they are.

As I said in another post heard a pod on some film study If Ward who made a great play defending a pass early missed his jump Dane Belton had Smith hook line and sinker baited ball was on it's way to him for most likely a pick 6. Geno should thank the coach who believed in him who was Carroll and then Shhhhhh instead of the underhanded BS.

He and Jones both have a lot to do for their teams to figure out exactly who they are. This is what I’m saying. He might turn out to be a consistent, very good starting QB, and he might not. If this year is his apex, sitting in the Jones tier isn’t particularly promising. On the plus side, it appears that regardless of that there will be no limit on how much stupid shit he’s gonna say.

I'm not taking anything from Geno. Great story he can finish up his career as a productive starter. That said people acting like we could of had him he wasn't this player. Even yesterday the ball Jihad Ward made a great play on early if he doesn't bat it Belton is waiting to pick 6 it heard this on film break down. Giants played a bad game on offense and special teams and in situations on defense they got beat a couple times. This game the calls didn't go their way and they had some bad luck whee a guy makes a play only to find out someone else could have made a better play. Thats football Geno I wish him well and hope the Giants can get 4 more wins somewhere and we see them again. I saw Belton stomping his feet. Lets get them at HOME. Keep winning. He had him Baited can't blame Ward fro making a play that would have been a momentum and game changing play more then likely six.

Sarc the other part of this Mac and Reese got fired for more reasons then muffing the Eli benching. Mac lost the locker room and they were fighting on field on national TV. Reese had the roster in a downward spiral from mid 2012 to the day he got fired when the Giants and the Browns were in a tight race for the worst team in the NFL after spending 200 mill to fix the awful draft record from years past. Fans have short memories there was much more to the firings then Eli's benching. Geno has turned to the story he was just the last straw. He's got a great opportunity to have a successful ending to his career he has been on the bench most of the time so he probably has 5 or 6 good years left in him.

I wonder what he would have said if there weren't two muffed punts? actually if Ward miss timed his jump and Belton got his first pick 6 he had him baited and he took it hook line and sinker from what I have heard on a film stay pod gonna look for myself. It is tacky but the he fits like a glove over there they are tacky. They. won the game with better coaching more hustle and harder hitting and a couple of stud WRs bad day for the Giants out there they didn't respond well to the crowd noice seemed a tick slow off the ball.

I'm happy for Geno the last couple years. I actually think many QBs are better than the situation than they got coming into the league.
But he's was in this league for 8 years on multiple teams and had zero success.
Now in his 11th year he's shit talking? Ok...
Why can't you just enjoy success and leave the past alone? No part of that failure was you?
