had we lost those games, I;m not sure Daboll would have survived. I'll take continuity over the draft picks personally. Either way, the chaos we saw during the coaching hiring cycle would have been way worse... Fletch we would have been 3rd in the draft, we would have been able to get 1 of those QB's. Believe me we could find a coach equal to Dabol. McDonald the DC from the Ravens that became the HC at Seattle. Dan Quinn the DC from Dallas now at Washington. IMHO we are going to have the worse HC and the worse QB in the NFC East.JFC, one year removed for a 10 win season + playoffs and Coach of the year, that's stupid.

There hasn't been a draft this deep with Quarterbacks. At this point it's not even debatable, it'll be 4 QB"s in the top 6 at worst. Really? This is exactly the same thing people said in 2018. Two QBs went in the top 6 that year. But that's not even my point, taking the 4th QB remaining would be a massive risk and in the entire history of the NFL is almost never worth the top 6 pick.
There is no debate, none of us know how many will go in the top 6. I hope you're right and 4 QBs get taking before us.
Baltimore did ok with Jackson. I doubt history will have any impact on the Giants decision if McCarthy happens to be there at 6.

I think the Cards are set on Harrison. Whoever gives the Chargers the best offer gets McCarthy at 5. I think the patriots go McCarthy so this will be for Daniels IMO but what do I know it's just my guess

Everyone is desperate to get up to 4th overall I wish that we could get a deal done with NE to get up to 3rd for Drake Maye whom I believe is Joe Schoen's first choice I don't think the Cards are budging from their #4 pick. They want Harrison jr. To move to #3 even if we could would be expensive. Our 1st this year and next, our 2nd this year plus whatever would be thrown in. But that's the meat and potato's of the trade. But we would have our QB. I'm not against it, we must address our need at QB or were staying a bottom feeder of the NFL. Just please don't miss on him. If it's possible I'd pull the trigger. I heard from some sources (I don't remember who) that some teams had odunze as their number one guy. And some teams have nabers as their number one guy.... What if one of those teams are the Cardinals? If so, Harrison could fall. Will he fall into the Giantss lap ? I don't think so but I can dream. I want the Giants to get a gold jacket wr. These types make even average QBs look good don't you know? I know Andre Johnson made Matt Schwab look good for years and he got paid accordingly.

Baltimore did really good with Jackson and Buffalo did really well with Allen, but Mayfield, Darnold and Rosen were all failures with their original team. History speaks for itself and QB hype is often greater than what NFL teams are willing to risk.

Say the 3 QB's go 1,2,3, and 4 and 5 is Harrison jr and Odunze it leaves Nabors or McCarthy as the most likely candidates at #6. If Minny does jump us at #5 and takes McCarthy it leaves us Odunze or Nabors. This is the most likely to me, unless we trade up one spot to #5 to get a QB.

I think its very possible that Minny trades up to 3 with NE, which would leave Maye, McCarthy or Daniels available at 6, as I don't see Cards or Chargers going QB, keeps things interesting for sure though...At worst, we get our pick of really good position players at 6.

That's what it looks like to me also. Minny has those 2 1st rd picks to offer.
