And yes Trump was out of line for calling a group animals that once highjacked a bus consisting of mostly women and children civilians and gunning them down with assault rifles. I guess he was out of line for that. I guess Hitler was just a misunderstood artist too. Red font

He referred to the ms-13 gang as "animals." He brought up rapists and drugs with absolutely no proof. Just fear mongering. National Security Threat? He can be a buffoon and a racist at the same time. Keep defending him. Less than 2 years before this dude is irrelevant again. MS-13 are animals, probably the most violent international gang within the US border. How is calling a violent, criminal gang "animals" racist? There is plenty of evidence that members of MS-13 are rapists, drug dealers and murderers; it is why so many are in prison. Are you really trying to defend MS-13 here? That's like saying Ted Bundy is just misunderstood. Never said he can't be both a buffoon and a racist. Just saying there is plenty of evidence of his buffoonery, and none of him being a racist. So, thinking a violent international crime organization is made up of animals does not make somebody a racist. So, try again. the reference to animals was post election. He started his fear mongering during his campaign trail by calling the immigrants rapists and drug dealers and some good people. Nobody is defending a gang so I don’t know where you can up with that one.

Let me see if I can keep this as simple as possible. Nobody gives a **** about your political beliefs as it pertains to football players. And that includes football owners who are mostly conservatives. Bosa will not get past 3.
You're the kind of person that gives liberals a bad name. And this is coming from a person that did not vote for, nor supports our current president. He is the extreme opposite of yourself and gives conservatives a bad name. The millions on both sides are unyielding in their opinions and LOVE pissing off the other side. But you want to have a politics forum so we can continue that trend??? No thank you. Things will never get better as long as there is no room for compromise.
I have a brand "new" solution.......Live and let live.

Nobody is defending a gang so I don’t know where you can up with that one. No, again, you are getting confused by the conflation of two separate things by the media. He was talking about illegal immigrants specifically because it has allowed access by members of MS-13 who are murders and rapists. Again, context matters. You were using him calling MS-13 animals as evidence that he is a racist. Sorry, but calling animals animals is not racist. Saying that he is racist in calling him that is a defense of the actions of MS-13. That is where I came up with that. Once again, you are taking things out of context. So, try again. I will save you the trouble, you won't find any actual evidence. Just accusations. Now, might he actually be one...sure it is possible. But any accusation is based on opinion by the speaker based on zero actual evidence. The lack of evidence is not necessarily proof of lack of guilt, but you cannot irresponsibly make accusations without evidence. You have none, because there is none. Just conjecture. I really hate that people keep putting me in a position to defend Donald Trump because they make absurd and unsubstantiated comments. There are plenty of reasons to not like him and not vote for him. Making false accusations without evidence just creates noise and pushes more people to support him. All you are doing by making such false claims that any sane person can see as lies are just guaranteeing he wins again. So keep it up if you want to see him for another 5.75 years.

What gives liberals a bad name is including the far left radicals within their ranks. People on the far left are a far from liberal as those on the far right. The identity politics of the left are the exact same ideals as those of the alt-right, just from the opposite side. Ideologically the alt-right white nationalists have far more in common with the far left identity politicians than the same far left have in common with liberals.

Again, people make political comments within a discussion about politics and then say they do not wish to discuss things related to politics.
I really don't get it. If it is not something you wish to discuss with me or anyone, don't get involved in the discussion. If you get involved in the discussion, don't say you don't want to discuss politics, because you just made the choice to discuss them.
This really isn't a difficult concept people. If you wish to discuss something, do....if you do not, don't. Nobody is forcing anyone to read or respond to anything. It is 100% your choice. Asking that threads that might upset you not be allowed is simply saying, "I have no control over my own actions and need an internet babysitter to protect me from myself."

In my opinion, the mods made a big mistake allowing a post containing accusation of racism based on the poster's opinion to go forth. It is only going to degenerate from there.

I am making the choice to discuss this things because the OP made a vile accusation of someone without evidence.keeps running in circles and has yet to produce a single shred of it. And in all honesty you are still speaking to the football nature of the question proposed by the OP in this thread imo. He made a comment about Bosa possibly falling to us and if we would still want him because of his view of what is a “racist” person. You are perfectly justified and imo correct that those things do not make someone a “racist”. It’s really was a really lazy and wreckless comment made by the OP imo.

It’s close. Can’t go wrong with either imo. Who do you think plays the run better ? That’s very important imo.

I think they are about equal. Allen gets downgraded a bit because he gets himself too far up field at times opening up the running lane, but I think that had as much to do with what he was asked to do on the field as his ability to play the run. Both are quite strong at the point of attack, Bosa has some more girth to him though. Not enough to make a difference against a 320lb tackle though. End results against the run I think will be similar. Allen seems to me to be the more mature player and person and does not have the injury history that Bosa carries. If I am picking #1, I'd have a tough time deciding between Q.Williams and Allen; but Bosa wouldn't be part of the discussion, I think those two are clearly better prospects.

This is a football forum for the discussion of football. The op did not disclose that his opinion was going to be based on politics in the title. I opened it to discuss a football player. Had I known that, I would have not opened it. Politics is a subject that has been essentially banned here, and for good reason. That was my reason for responding. To remind him of that. You responded with more political opinions and I asked you to not include me in that and yet you persisted. Now you're confused about the issue. NO POLITICAL DISCUSSIONS ON THIS FORUM. IT IS A RULE HERE.

You didn't do that, you got involved and kept reading and then you responded. You really are in complete control of your actions. Asking that others be silenced is not a justifiable way to protect yourself from your own choices. I am not confused by the issue, I know what the issue is, I am confused why people keep doing things they state they don't wish to do.
