thags kind of harsh. I wouldn’t group Pugh along with Flowers and Hart. I’m glad the Giants moved on from Pugh, but the guy was immensely more talented than Hart or Flowers. Pugh handled Von Miller last year except for one bull rush. He completely took him out of the game. When healthy, he was a very good player. Miller would’ve torn up Hart. May I ask why Pugh would be blocking Miller? Did Pugh play LT that day? Justin Pugh: Getting the start at right tackle, Pugh had the tough task of blocking Von Miller. He may have earned his contract extension, though, turning in a most-admirable performance. www.google.com/amp/s/giantswire.usatoday.com/2017/10/15/new-york-giants-denver-broncos-week-6-final-score-instant-analysis/amp/

It's true, Pugh was the best tackle on the team and they didn't even have him play tackle. The Giants tackles were a large part of the season imploding. What a nightmare of a season....

I thought Miller always lined up against the left side. Any..didn't remember that Pugh went to RT for a game. Good call.

Now that's good to hear. Surprised Pugh didn't do it for the betterment of the team. Really hope this line pulls together. It doesn't need to be Dallas from year or two ago good. Just good enough to give Eli a little more time to come off his primary target can't find someone else if covered. And open up some holes for Barkley I feel like there was something amiss with the Pugh/Richburg/rest of the OL dynamic last year ... personality issues, lack of leadership... something... that made that OL group disfunctional. yes i totally agree

that was probably the best game of his career but you tend to not know about any good games from guys you don’t like.

Pat Shurmur will be the best coaching decision the Giants made since the hiriing of Tom Coughlin. He is a teacher and a leader of men. On the other hand, Macadoo is more fit to be a manager of a pro wrestler and not lead a football team.

Pugh and Richburg benefitted from playing on the Oline with Flowers and Hart. They took all of the blame from the fans while the unreliable Pugh and the soft Richburg were terrible in short yardage. Every bit as bad in short yardage as Flowers and Hart were in pass protection. Their whole Oline was a mess last year. thags kind of harsh. I wouldn’t group Pugh along with Flowers and Hart. He completely took him out of the game. When healthy, he was a very good player. Miller would’ve torn up Hart. I would. He could not stay on the field.( availability is the best ability) He was not good at run support. The truth is he's marginal at it. You know what made him look good. He was the least stinky pile in the yard.
