Interesting that tonight during the game I think it was Jim Nantz who brought it up. Said that reporters have already started to question wether Jones would be Benched. This is after week 4. Now another disappointing game and another loss. You know how the NY/NJ media is. I bet that question comes up again. I don’t know what the answer is. Do you ride out the season with awful performance after awful performance or see what Colt McCoy has. Do you wait until we are possibly 0-10, 0-15? Then make the switch? Jones hasn’t scored a touchdown since Week 1. 2 Touchdowns in 5 games with a Quarter Back Rating of 68.3 On the Flip side he has the most Turnovers on the NFL
The sideline reporter brought it up by asking Judge if he would consider a QB change after the half.
I thought it was a most asinine question and one only a ****in moron would ask it.
True but you know the media here. More losses and Judge will be swimming with sharks.

We can talk about it among fans on a message board. But to ask that question to the head coach of the team, is asking to get punched in the face.

I know the brain dead media like Pat Leonard will eat that shit right up which is why he'll always be nothing but a fool.

I think you have to stay with DJ. He has legs, a quick release, and an arm. He lacks pocket awareness to an extent and is a bit more mobile than Eli : ) and has lettuce hands hanging on to the ball. I think if he's not making big strides by the end of this year we're shopping for a QB. I'm hopeful he can fix his weaknesses but am concerned. McCoy? Really? God forbid DJ gets hurt, we have nothing in backup to help us.

I don’t fault Jones for today’s loss. 2 TD’s taken off the board - he made some great throws - yes he missed a couple of open guys - see below on that one. Give him better protection and more weapons and he’ll be a rock star.
New offense - no spring practice - no exhibition games - weak WR Corp - lousy protection - no stud RB........and Giants fans want to whine about him.
It’s pathetic as well as ridiculous. smh. 🙄
Our problems have little to do with DJ
DG? Yep - bad moves by that dude are becoming glaring.

Here's what I see: a team who plays hard for their coach. We didn't really have that with the last two HC's Let's hope Judge can keep them focused and motivated and playing hard. That is a step in the right direction. I do like Romo as color commentator and he said several times "this team is pointing up" I can't blame any one person other than DG for this O line which is lackluster. Hog Mollies?? We have calves...

Where is Geno Smith these days?

Where is Geno Smith these days? Daniel Jones has 3 more wins than Geno Smith as a Giant. Let me repeat that. Daniel Jones in 16 games, has 3 more wins than Geno Smith. Geno only played in 1 game as a Giant.

49ers , benched Jimmy G today after a bad first half. Did not stop Shanahan. Sometimes, you have to sent a message and it is not that Mc Coy is the future But, to give him time to observe and regroup. Jones did not deserve to be bench today. Though his mistakes continue to grow. But, wasn’t Judge the one that said : It doesn’t matter where you were drafted or UDFA. The best player will play.

If we didn't have 2 TD's taken off the board by questionable calls, everyone including Jim Nantz would be calling him a hero right now. People hate when someone brings up the fact that refs can easily sway a game and change its course. There were SO many non-calls that could've went the Giants way too. Lots of defensive holding and pass interference. To be fair the early Dallas roughing the passed penalty was BS too

gettleman really screwed us smfh 😤 Gettleman functionally missed on the franchise QB, franchise LT (though it's incredibly early right now to call him a bust), and potentially on the franchise RB. All while trading away our proven franchise WR. That's really bad. Your correct on your assessment .. jones was a bad pick and not a 6 but the fan base was crying and blaming Eli so much he panicked.. then the same fans that said we couldn’t afford to dump resources into the line to protect Eli miraculously had a change of heart and wanted a tackle with our first pick last year . Both stink .. meanwhile , we haven’t had a pass rush in 10 years . Don’t worry gettleman is rebuilding .. give home another 10 or 20 years .

jones isn't getting benched, all that nonsense is something for fans and beat writers to talk about. the hard reality is even with the jones turnovers, he is the one keeping them in games offensively.

The hard reality is that no, no he is not. He hasn't thrown a TD in 4 weeks now - that is hardly keeping your offense in it. Shockingly its been the defenses ability to keep games close. They've also lost a couple of games in situations they could have won on turnovers or inability to make plays happen. I don't hold him to it, shit happens. I'm also not suggesting all of this is his fault but, to say he's carrying or keeping the team in games or any of that non sense is absolutely foolish. No, no he is not. Not yet, anyway.

They are taking Lawrence if they have the 1 overall pick, no question about it...if not, they will ride the Jones train until it crashes and burns...as they should.
...and no, we have not crashed until we secure the 1 pick

Let Jones play out the season until Trevor arrives to take over QB duties.

Daniel jones is not mayfield in any way . Not even close .. mayfield may be complete jerk but the guy lives for competition and wants to be the best in everything he does . the guy has won his whole life and dominated in college .. jones , not so much ..
