Jaylen Waddle just broke his ankle and is out for season. Devastating injury as he was certainly one of the top prospects at WR. I was very high on him. Hope he can make a speedy recovery

Hope he can make a speedy recovery And this is a 2 year injury as we have seen with Odell. So does he come back for his senior year to get that injury worked out then He was so Odell like in his game He is off my big board till day 3 in my boom right now

Even more so when you have a play style like that. I feel terrible for him and it makes you realize those players might not have made such a bad decision deciding to sit out especially with they’re a lock for a first round pick

Chase is a top 10 pick if he plays or not,he has more to lose Even Parsons who has off the charts natural instincts and above average athleticism for a linebacker at a position that behind RB is as dangerous with how much abuse they take won't (or shouldn't)see a drop in draft status (he is borderline top 5 for me) But a guy like Rousseau who is very raw who only beat his man witb better athleticism and didn't really develop any moves..he needed this year to work on more moves against live O linemen in game situations.... He is now a dangerous pick (as much as I was all over him before the opt out)early ..

Michigan has been doubling even triple teaming him. Last year he had Tyler Johnson , now with Tampa Bay. To take pressure off of Bateman . Bateman will be the first receiver taken in the draft. He also opted out ( when the Big Ten cancel season) Then opted back in, when Big Ten renew season.

Outside of the top well known names like Chase, Bateman, Rondale Moore, Waddle, Smith, etc... even excluding guys like Olave who is extremely well known on here
Kadarius Toney WR Florida- absolutely electric playmaker. Throw him in the backfield, have him do fly sweeps, throw screens to him, throw him on special teams, AND he’s a pretty damn good WR on top of all of that. I know Kyle Pitts gets almost all the attention on that Florida team (and he deserves every bit of attention he gets) but Toney is one of the most exciting players in the country
Marquez Stevenson WR Houston- Hollywood Brown type of vibes watching him play. I’m not the biggest fan of body catching but he has game breaking speed and ability. I think the body catching can be worked on but regardless he’s someone who can blow the top off a defense
Damonte Coxie WR Memphis- Not as dynamic as the first two in regards to pure athleticism but Coxie is a bigger WR at 6’3 and just makes plays. Memphis has been putting out some really talented players the last couple years and Coxie is next in line.
I have some more guys I like and I’ll include some of them at another time but these are three guys I really like as value options at the WR even if we take a stab at one of the top guys on day 1 or 2

The Wrs are usually between 6'1"" and 6'3" 210 lbs -225 lbs and run 4.49 -4.5 in the forty. I haven't collated other measurables yet to see if there is more commonalities. One sleeper I have is Michael Strachan. Comes from D2 but big and fast.

He is intriguing plus his name is scary close to a Giants legend so that doesn’t hurt hahaha

Very T.O. like skillsets.. Obvious prototypical speed as he is dynamic post catch.. Big enough to satisfy the "we need a big bodied reciever only "crowd with the speed Him and Bateman are fungible for probably being my pick when it's said and done witb our 1st day 2 pick

TuTu Atwell, Louisville
Small WR, but a hell of a playmaker. Unbelievable speed to get over the top. Very elusive. Solid hands.
Huge year in 2019, a little lower profile this season.
This kid will fit perfect in a fast paced spread creative offense. Saints, Ravens, Chiefs....

Elijah Moore is a really fun player as well. Had a good season with guys like DK and AJ Brown on the team with him (as a true freshman). He CURRENTLY has 75 catches 1,054 yards and 8 TDs on the year. Yes you read that correctly. Dynamic player who is very similar to what people expect from Rondale Moore. He is a smaller build at 5’9 but plays much bigger than that. Makes tough catches and is a blur with the ball in his hands
This year vs Florida

Olave went off today 10 catches for 139 yards and a TD.. I dunno why, but i just have some hatred for OSU and Alabama. Its not like i have some deep rooted college football ties, i went to Duquesne who had a "D1" team and then Brooklyn College, where we didnt have a football team

Lessee now...we could go to the annual cfb supermarket (AL) and pick up few items of need..They have Waddle (Injured) but Devonte Smith (sp?) is very impressive (I'd also pick up a coupla RBs if the price was right - 3 rd or lower)
Michael Pitts - Florida very impressive, gets separation
For my slot receivers I'd give Gunner Romney (BYU) a look and maybe even Eitienne from Clemson..
Auburn has a track star playing wr - Anthony Schwartz (4.2/40)

What do you guys think of Austin Watkins UAB as a later round guy?
I think the Giants should spend 2 picks a receiver this year, one early and one late. Seems to be a lot of talent to choose from throughout.

Seems to be a lot of talent to choose from throughout. That sounds good to me. Id be totally cool going with BPA in the 1st, if it happens to be a WR im cool with it. Hell even in the 2nd, id be cool with it depends on who drops. Im not familiar with Watkins at all, ill have to check my draft sites to see what they say. Are you a UAB fan? EDIT; 6'3, 205LBS PROS: Transferred to UAB from the JUCO ranks and became a big play threat. Averaged 19.2 yards per reception on 57 catches in 2019, showcasing his ability to get down the field and make plays on the football. Has excellent ball skills and he does well to track the football, adjust and position himself to win at the catch point. Highly successful in contested situations and he showcases terrific hands to pluck the football and hang on through contact. Concentration and body control are outstanding. True alpha when the ball is in the air and he attacks it with a “my ball” mentality. Fluid route runner that is smooth in and out of breaks. Has run detailed routes with multiple breaks which he executes with terrific timing and suddenness. Physical and decisive after the catch and he showcases plenty of shifty moves to create space for himself. Has appeal as a target at all levels of the field. CONS: While he made plenty of big plays down the field, a surprising amount of them were in contested situations. He runs routes with good pace and timing but his ability to create separation down the field is a question mark in terms of that vertical big play potential translating to the NFL. Gets to top speed quickly but does he have another gear

I was curious about other's opinions on him. I have seen only a little bit of him play and he intrigues me. Particularly his ball skills. But I certainly do not have nearly enough information on him to give what I would call an informed opinion.
