I was willing to give gettlemen a shot and even held off harsh judgement, bc I understand it takes time to build a team. That said, its over. That time period is up and he failed. The guy needs to step down or mara needs to fire him. However they want to handle it - is cool, but it just needs to be done. Use this time to start vetting interests and talking to other potential GMs get a head start on it before others start looking at candidates. If that's even allowed. Not sure if they're currently working for another team.
If the new GM wants his own guys or whatever.. let it happen.. No more of this half in half out bs. I'll even pack judges bags for him..

19-51 last 70 games It's been this bad for a long time. Never had a winning record at any point for some unfathomable period of time. This franchise is historically bad.

There are so many stats to show that this team needs to be torn apart at every level. How anyone believes we should keep this house of cards scotch taped together for another season out of fear of another rebuild is beyond me.
I'd rather go 1-15 next year and feel like the team made progress than go 3-13 (my expectation this year) and keep the trash heap of a team together just to do it all over again.
Fire Gettleman Fire Judge Fire Graham Fire Garrett Keep DJ as a 1 year bridge to a newly drafted QB Find a way to offload our high priced low impact players (Williams, Golladay) Sacrifice next year with the cap and talent for the true rebuild in 2023 How sad...

Find success and bring it to this team. That applies to the players too.

What happened to 2017 when they lost more games this this team ever had like 95 years that doesn't factor in lol. lol how about 2013 through 2015 please tell the whole story not just the last 3 years. Gettlemen deserves no quarter but this cancer has been festering since around 2009 with bad drafts and personnel decisions.

I think his point was to stay in the now since Gettlemen is still the gm, but that said yes, this problem is systemic and has being going on for quite a long time.

And throwing all these resources at the defense every year and it looks just like 2017,2019 again ...

Your suggestion is that the Giants should fire the GM, HC, OC and DC and replace the QB to make the team worse in order for you to feel the team made progress? I'm gonna go with I hope they don't do exactly that, but some of it.

19-51 last 70 games It's been this bad for a long time. I was way too young to remember the terrible 70s but this team has actually surpassed that era of Giants as possibly the worst Giants team in a 10 yr span from 2012-2021. They suck at home, they suck on the rd, they suck everywhere. they're like mice on a field with Pythons. The Jaguars would beat this team by double digits if they played them next week!

We are probably the only team in the NFL that will be favored to lose the rest of our games by 7+ the rest of the yr. Looking at the rest of our schedule, I don't see us beating any single team left. And I see a handful of games where we will lose by 17-20+ pts. I think we're gonna be in a race with J-Ville for the #1 pick as we may be lucky to go 2-15.

We saw how good Thomaa is just by when he exited ... 4 to 5 wins seems likely
