come on dudes. you can't seriosuly be dissapointed. If you came in to this game honestly expecting a win you weren't thinking with your head. This team is young, under a new coaching staff blah, blah blah.. It wasn't going to happen. This t eam is a work in progress, they will get better. Jones disappointed Barley disappointed oline disappointed (which is hard to do) Secondary and LBs were what I expected. Below average with below average talent d-line was good in the first half until Snell broke them All valid, but... Jones - first game of second year. I expect issues early on in the season Barkley - nowhere to go, bc as you stated oline disappointed. O-line is playing a rookie LT a guard at C, and a journeymen RT. First game of the season going against the stealers front 7 of course they're gonna blow. Now, I get it. It's frustrating, but lets wait till about week 7-8 if this shit is still going on we got problems, but until then I think its just going to take some time. Hopefully.

I’m going to reserve judgement until this line has played 4-5 games together. We have a rookie LT, a Tackle playin Center and a backup RT. It takes time for a line to come together. I expected us to lose this game. Steelers with Ben are a very good team. We are still in rebuild mode. Stop being reasonable LOL! Well, I’ve been around long enough to have seen quite a few QBs look MUCH worse their first two years in the NFL and go on to be amazing. I like what I’m seeing in Jones. I fully expect them to improve over the coarse of the year and this franchise needs another offseason to continue to reload. Rebuilding from scratch takes a number of years. I’m in it for the long haul. This Steeler team has the best overall defense in the league and with Big Ben, they are a deep playoff contender.

The Giants might not be a favorite in any game this season. Maybe the Bengals.

He's a terrible GM and we aren't going anywhere.

Went about as expected. The defense played a little better and the offense played a little worse than I thought. On to next week to look for those incremental improvements.

Jones to slayton is going to be a feared combo for years to come. Yes. Especially when we are down 2 or 3 scores. Lol!

We went toe to toe all night. A play here or there. (JuJu fumble recovery, turnover near goal line).
Just gotta keep improving.
I am pleased by tonight's performance.

When can we start the tank for Trevor thing? Lol You know, it wouldn't be the worst thing for this team. Jones isn't the answer.

If moral victories were a stat we’ll be a team to be reckoned with.

Whats the point of having a "great" rb on a 4-5 win team year after year? So you want to trade him and just have everybody on the team suck equally? Somebody has to be good on this team Like the HOF'er he looked like tonight? No thanks. I'll take five good players who do their job all the time over a single 'star' that makes absolutely NO impact on the outcome of a game. Everyone does not suck. No one is equal. Ever. You need to build a team first for a great player to flourish. We drafted a piece of jewelry before we got the dress and shoes!

was hoping for a little better, but I think better days are ahead. Lets see how we do against Chicago. I don't think they are quite the team that Pittsburgh is. This was a trial by fire start to the year, all we can do is improve.

Hopefully we get better as the season goes I think our defense can be very good, Offense still needs a lot of work especially Run Blocking It's gonna take a while to get this OL on the same page, Jones get him protected and a couple weapons he will be more then fine. they are not a finished product actually impressed with Judge a first year coach having them ready and competitive .

This game went as expected. The Steelers are just better. Nothing more or less to say. The effort was there by the Giants, but the talent simply is not there. Yup the Steelers have a top 5 D against the run and the pass and loaded offense they are gonna contend.

I mean everyone is acting like this wasn’t a 1 score game where the Giants marched the field with a tremendous drive in the 3rd quarter. Jones just had to throw it away. This was a very good team they played. The offense and defense were respectable. I am not thrilled, but much of the naysaying is over the top. I actually believe this team may be a respectable team when it’s all said and done this year. Right now we are 0-1 like the Eagles and Cowboys and we played a better team than any of them.

i saw a lot of good things to be honest. I see a lot of good things every year. They haven't been translating to wins though. Its getting old. Guess we have to wait until 2021 to see if we can turn the corner. "The corner" is not a sharp 90° turn. It's a lengthy arc. Perhaps we've started around that curve already.

Name one player any team has to scheme for on offense or defense. Hell the best player on this team is our 5th rd pick slayton.

Sure the team has a new head coach and system but the fact remains this Oline was horrid and I expected much more than they showed. They couldn't run block at all. It's a major concern and giving it excuses is not something I can do. Its the reason they lost tonight and will continue to without improving greatly. Barkley is being wasted in his prime.

The reality of that game is offensively we had one long pass to Slayton for 6 points. Other then that it was garbage
