Honestly I was looking to go WR in the 2nd, but some of the guys I wanted were gone at that point like Rashod Bateman taken 2 picks before me which changed my game plan Been watching a lot of OL lately (and pass rushers)..that kids an instant NFL starter. Technique is flawless...the guy who stopped Chase Young dead in his tracks has certainly showed more than a one good game....VERY impressed. I would have no problems taking him. He's a day 1 starter, and versatile. Reminds me so much of Scherff Good enough at T but short arms make him a potential stud guard

R1 P11 WR Jaylen Waddle - Alabama- Total freak athlete that would bring instant explosion to the offense. Someone who can win 1-on-1 consistently and demand extra attention is something we need, especially with Barkley coming back. An improved passing game opens things up for Barkley and vice versa
R2 P28 DL Daviyon Nixon - Iowa- Gettleman would absolutely love Nixon. He is a beast who impacts the game in all kinds of ways. Would be a great addition if we decided to not bring back Tomlinson or Williams
R3 P12 EDGE Patrick Jones II - Pittsburgh- Edge is a huge need and getting someone with the productivity and ability Jones has in round 3 would be a no brainer
R3 P33 LB Chazz Surratt - North Carolina- Still learning the position but he flies all over the field. He would be a great option as someone to development and learn from Martinez. He could also just follow instincts and fly around until he gets more refined and knowledgeable of the position
R3 P40 WR Amon-Ra St. Brown - USC- I really really like St. Brown. I think he is very underrated. Waddle, Slayton, St. Brown, Shepard, etc. would be a very fun and young WR core that could do some legitimate damage
R4 P11 CB Robert Rochell - Central Arkansas- Intriguing CB prospect who can develop and hopefully make an impact
R6 P12 C Quinn Meinerz - Wisconsin-Whitewater- This year's Ali Marpet
R6 P17 OT Robert Jones - Middle Tennessee- Developmental OT who can be depth

Are we dont with Hernandez?? Or are you just stocking the depth pool?? Personally, I look to draft an OL player in the first 3 rounds of every draft. I wouldn't force it just to get one if there are clearly better players there, but it is my preference. When I do these mock games, I stick to the top 15 on whatever board I am using and pick the bpa out of that. The only time I might deviate from that is with the final pick, I'll look deeper on that one to see if there is a surprise still out there on the board I am using. In the 3rd, nobody really stood out to me in that 15 to take above a solid OL player.

Yeah when I saw he was litterally BPA at my trade back pick in the 3rd I remembered him catching my eye more than a few times as a guy that I thought would be a great fit for us Him and Kaden Smith (who is a better receiver than what we saw last year ).would be a great 12 with the playmakers I acquired here . My ideal role for TEs are to be above average blockers and be the big bodied chain movers and threats in tbe red zone Give me a 12 where both TEs can block and both are 50 catch guys with weapons and I'll show you a super bowl caliber well balanced offense

R1 P19 LB Zaven Collins - Tulsa- Dynamic do it all LB who would be a dream for someone like Graham to use with his versatility
R2 P10 CB Ifeatu Melifonwu - Syracuse- Big DB who is really intriguing and getting a lot of attention. I like his game a lot. I think with the leadership and experience at DB we have it would be a great place for this kid to get molded into a beast
R2 P19 WR Dyami Brown - North Carolina- Really fun WR. Stats might not blow you away but the talent is there and you see it on the field too. He is a bigger WR with nice speed, he’s not game breaking fast probably but he’s got enough speed to create separation. Add that with nice routes and he’s a really fun WR. Can beat you deep or underneath.
R3 P10 EDGE Patrick Jones II - Pitt R3 P12 C Quinn Meinerz - Wisconsin-Whitewater R4 P11 EDGE Quincy Roche - Miami R6 P12 OT Brenden Jaimes - Nebraska R6 P17 RB Elijah Mitchell - Louisiana
New rankings other than the normal one I go with. I like the updated positioning for guys and it made things very interesting. I’d still be thrilled with a haul like this

He has some good speed to him and runs some nice routes as well. He can win deep and he can do damage on a slant/underneath route. I think he is a do it all type of WR who talent wise is probably on that tier below Chase/Smith/Waddle/Pitts and maybe Rondale Moore. I kind of view him similarly value wise to Bateman. I think he will be someone who steadily rises but like many guys might be available for a nice value in the draft due to unique pre-draft circumstances compared to nearly every other draft

Barkley at the 2 pick was absurd in the entire scope of everything sane regarding how to build a football team, and I say this not because I am a flaming asshole, but logical to the point of not knowing exactly what an asshole would have to do to become...flaming. Let me just remain an asshole, without any taco sauce. We're stuck with a nice weapon that will however, demand near QB money, and a need to touch the ball 40 times per game to satisfy that insane paycheck... some might say touched by satan, a high cost cap crushing hell that keep us from being the multi dimensional offense needed to touch the heaven known as the superbowl. Yes, the touched by the hand of God running back we have taken at pick 2, shall be paid as if the Giants have sold their soul to the devil himself, and this thing will crash and burn for years as the average armed game manager and above average turnover sap Daniel Jones at 6, and allergic to imapact Barkley, a freaking east west running back, at 2 shall... be the legacy of the Gettleman dog shits on pony show. Onto the positives...my draft. I shall continue to build the wall, and get a few weapons to make the next QB, probably a veteran...all he (or she for the woke folk) needs to get us to the playoffs. 11: R1 P11 WR DeVonta Smith - Alabama 42: R2 P10 G Wyatt Davis - Ohio State 76: R3 P12 C Josh Myers - Ohio State 115: R4 P11 LB Chazz Surratt - North Carolina 197: R6 P12 S/CB Israel Mukuamu - South Carolina 202: R6 P17 LB Paddy Fisher - Northwestern
