Has there been any news on Peppers ankle? All I heard was lower ankle sprain, nothing on severity. I was wondering too. Day to day, X-rays negative so that's some good news. They're saying there's a chance he plays Sunday but I bet it's next week. I wish they would keep him the hell off ST's. That's how he got hurt last year. Why? You afraid he might actually make a play?

Why? You afraid he might actually make a play? Unless he returns 3 punts a game for TD’s, what’s the point? He’ll have to be great to do that. Which we all know Peppers and great is like peanut butter and tuna. Judge has echoed that starters are not above playing special teams. He even mentioned LT played some special teams his rookie year. And being that Judge was a special teams coach, he wants to have his best players play special teams.

We have not had a CB like him a very long time. Not trying to be rude, but somebody want to explain this to me because I haven’t seen the guy do shit. I may be watching the Bizarro World Giants or something, but seriously, I don’t know what the hell the OP is talking about. Did I miss something? maybe your eyes more focused on volleyball than they are on football, respectfully.. tell me who your favorite volleyball squad is lol..

Why? You afraid he might actually make a play? Unless he returns 3 punts a game for TD’s, what’s the point? This is a valuable argument. Why would you keep a ST player who’s better on ST defense side rather than playing both sides of the ST. Logic just doesn’t sit well with some people. As humans Coach Judge will also understand with time because he’s intelligent. Give it some time.... jeez Ps I hope I’m right cause I just put myself all the way out there for Judge... smh

I never saw him play or if I was watching a Panthers game I never took notice. The kid can play!! Great positioning, great hands, good recovery. Very cool to watch him the last 3 games. Bro he’s an awesome player!

The guy is sticky in coverage, breaks up passes, makes tough picks and supports against the run. Call me nuts but I prefer that to the guys we've run through those slots who have done none of the above. bro bradeberry is a knight in shining armor compared to what we’ve seen in the secondary. May even earn a pro bowl spot on his own accord. That’s respect 100%.. @ me if you disagree

Yes Bradberry may not have 4.3 speed to keep up, and yes, Love my not be as physical as Earl Thomas in size... both those guys get the damn job done. Period! If you talk negative about them then I know you don’t understand **** about football. PERIOD!! They ball, f**k you if you don’t acknowledge it. Simple story. I’m done here.

First of all, I just asked a question. To me, the guy hasn’t done anything spectacular and you are talking about the guy can ball. Second of all, don’t play tough guy with me and throw the F word around with me because you are gonna lose. Third of all, we discuss opinions here. If you do not respect people’s opinion, the educated way to go about things is to respectfully disagree and move on to the next topic. But you choose to show your ignorance and use expletives. Just shows everybody your lack of class and education.

Maybe you got confused when you tried to be funny with your 11th grade student reference. I’m still trying to decipher that one. Most if not all students in high school especially 11th grade know where their home room is. You know that, weren’t you in 11th grade a few years ago? But since I like you, I’ll explain my comment to you. Now stay with me, might get bumpy. Mike was commenting on Peppers playing special teams, he’s concerned that he can get hurt and it’s pointless. Which isn’t true, as we see in a small sample size Judge believes in starters playing specials. As you see with Peppers, Bradberry and Carter playing on special teams. No starter is above playing special teams with Joe Judge as your head coach, and he’s stressed that with the reference to Lawrence Taylor playing specials his rookie year. Phew.. Glad we got that taken care of.

Im not seeing it with Love so far this season. Last year he seemed to play better, i dont know what it is, he seemed like a better tackler and better in coverage last year Love is a FS whos primary job is to stop plays that get past the 1st & 2nd levels of the defense & also play the deep safety role. If you look at his play from that perspective you will see how many drive saving tackles he has made so far. Love has not played well this season

Your above mentioned entire post reads like a PFF analysis. What Game were you watching?

He is 5'11 and sub 200 lbs. A receiver can block him effectively. That frees up a TE or O-linmen to plow a hole on a bigger defender. He is maybe a nickel dime package guy . He is not a starting safety. Xavier McKinney can not get back soon enough.

I get that starters play specials, but when you have one of the worst 3rd down defenses in football you might need your best players in the secondary healthy.
