He has done an outstanding job so far this season. One of the few bright spots on defense, along with Julian Love imo

Guy has been an awesome addition to the team so far. Figure out the 2nd CB situation and our secondary honestly seems very promising with pepers, xaviar, and bradberry.. and hopefully holmes

Indeed... And looking forward to improvement from Holmes. Also happy that Ballantine has been phased out of the lineup. Shouldn't have made the team.

Excellent addition. I like the way Martinez is playing. best LB we've had in quite some time. It was refreshing to see, even in a dismal game.

He has been THEE biggest surprise on defense. I knew he was gonna be good, but he has been more or less a lockdown CB.
I remember there were a few of us on here who wanted us to draft Rhodes in 13 and Alexander in 18, oh well. Happy to see them have good careers

My question is how the hell did he ever get a uniform. Did they feel sorry for him losing a close friend?? I am happy to see that Judge is doing Gettlemans job, getting the right players for the team. We still have work to do in our roster. I dont get it!!! I guess DG got his uniform from Mara, eH???

Judge's decision. Weren't many options after Beal left them dry in the 11th hour.

Him at fs and peppers at ss is how i envisioned it.

Last year he seemed to play better, i dont know what it is, he seemed like a better tackler and better in coverage last year Love is a FS whos primary job is to stop plays that get past the 1st & 2nd levels of the defense & also play the deep safety role. If you look at his play from that perspective you will see how many drive saving tackles he has made so far.

I never saw him play or if I was watching a Panthers game I never took notice. The kid can play!!
Great positioning, great hands, good recovery. Very cool to watch him the last 3 games.

We have not had a CB like him a very long time. Not trying to be rude, but somebody want to explain this to me because I havenโt seen the guy do shit. I may be watching the Bizarro World Giants or something, but seriously, I donโt know what the hell the OP is talking about. Did I miss something?

I saw him couple times he had a rough start to his career but settled in to keep those great receivers in the south in check. When we played them Eli gave OBJ a jump ball in the end zone against with great placement OBJ had the ball in his hand but Bradberry ripped free saved the game for them.

All I heard was lower ankle sprain, nothing on severity. I was wondering too. Day to day, X-rays negative so that's some good news. They're saying there's a chance he plays Sunday but I bet it's next week. I wish they would keep him the hell off ST's. That's how he got hurt last year.

The guy is sticky in coverage, breaks up passes, makes tough picks and supports against the run. Call me nuts but I prefer that to the guys we've run through those slots who have done none of the above.
