Yeah, very scary. He basically stuck out almost everyone for 3 innings. Bad time for this to happen.

Yeah, very scary. He basically stuck out almost everyone for 3 innings. Bad time for this to happen. It’s this rule change. Glasnow is just like DeGrom. Tall guy, big hands. Doesn’t use the stuff to spin it it’s to loosen grip. You have to grip tighter and it stresses other things. Not good. Watch that video I posted.

Just like Jake in that he’s a big guy with big hands. Stop spazzing out Don. DeGrom is the class of the league. Glasnow has been one of the AL’s 2 or 3 best though. Again watch the video. Even Gary brought up Glasnow.

A week ago they cut off pitchers cold turkey. Guys with reduced spin rates getting hit hard, Glasnow and DeGrom both pitched well but suffered various injuries. Think of it like a finely tuned engine, you can’t just completely change the timing haphazardly and expect the engine to sustain performance and health. Just saying.

On the phone they say DeGrom left cause of shoulder soreness. Can't find any info here in Maryland. Boy I hope this is just a precaution and not a reinjury.

I wasn’t saying equivalent I was saying physical size and stature and both throw extremely hard. I believe Jake is 6’4” and Glasnow 6’6”. That was the point. That’s all.

With respect, "Glasnow is just like DeGrom," was your quote, which is a joke. Glasnow has a 2.66 era this year, while DeGrom has a .56 ERA. They have both pitched in the majors for 8 years and Glasnow's career ERA is .404, while DeGrom's is .250. Aside from being close to the same height, how are they similar? And how was my comment "spazzing out?" IMO, you are "reaching out" to make a silly comparison.

I guess I’m crazy though.

It is the same as when there is something wrong with your knee. Your gate is off and then your hip starts to hurt. It the way I see it with Jake.

Did you listen to Glasnow speak? Yes did DeGrom say the same? Right now he hasn’t had anything as severe as Glasnow. Are you confident even with today’s positive results that he won’t? I’m not.

Lindor finally had a great game. 2 homers and drove in all 5 runs.
The rest of the lineup hasn't scored in three games though. Hopefully we have a couple more starters back very soon.

Good time for the offensive Calvary to start arriving. The bench mob has been great but it’s been evening out. Truth is we have the lowest team ERA and worst offense in the NL at the moment. McNeill, Conforto and Nimmo are sorely needed.

He did. .050 era, 30 consecutive scoreless innings. Jeeze... He also talked after the game about hitting, and how because he hits opposite of his pitching how that might affect his arm.
