0 in 2017 he came to Giants stadium and embarrassed them worse then he did this year much worse, That has 0 to do with it he was gonna be the GM for a sixth year with or without McVay in his sixth year he hired Mcvay the only thing for sure is Fischer wasn't gonna be the coach. I think Gettlemen has had enough time if they don't have a winning record by years end he should be gone, if he does win I can see them giving him another year if he wants one. For him to survive they got a lot of digging to do Kind of agree, I think even if DG has a winning record he should still go. Here’s what I’m talking about, say the Giants go 9-8, do you think that suddenly means DG should keep his job but of they went 8-9 he shouldn’t? Especially if most of those wins are against teams with a losing record? He’s had 4 years and nothing to show for it except being the worst team in the league over that same time period. He has done ZERO, he’s a loser. Anyways Blue, not trying to attack you, mostly agreeing with you, just venting. I’m also still waiting for to answer my question about your avatar I can tell you it has been so long since they were legit probably 2011 if they went 9-8 Mara would be in an endorphin coma lol. I agree but if they went 7 and 3 or 8and 2 in the second half there would be some good feeling going on.

You would have to dig into the deepest parts of hell to find scenarios on keeping Gettleman. Continuity should be saved for scrabble, not when it involves a franchise that has been reeling since the day he walked through those doors. In a result driven business, he has failed miserably. McAdoo got pushed out of a moving vehicle here, and he had a winning season under his belt. Shurmur, got the pink slip while his signature on his contract was still wet. It should be no different than the Boston massacre as a general manager. Remember his tough bravado and we’re going to kick ass when he was hired? Kicking ass, must be Bostonian for having your ass kicked. Our hog mollies have been guppies, our touched by the hand of God running back is still feeling the affects of being touched by a deity. Fire him, retire.. It makes no difference, just get him the hell out of here..

Les Snead started with the Rams in 2012, McVay started with the Rams in 2017 2012: 7-8-1 2013: 7-9 2014: 6-10 2015: 7-9 2016: 4-12 2017: 11-5 2018: 13-3 2019: 9-7 2020: 10-6Thank you good sir. Kind of like I suspected, so the question is was it the GM and “consistency” that was responsible for their success or coaching? I think the answer is obvious and Joe Judge is no McVay. I think that is a possible answer, and obvious as you say. Another possibility is that the roster became good over the course of 5 years because of the GM, and the right coach was needed to get them over the hump.

It's hard to ignore 17-38. That's the teams record during his tenure. We will see how the rest of this season unfolds, but if it continues at this current trajectory...how do you not move on from him?

Only the Giants do you have to question if this is fireable.

Only the Giants do you have to question if this is fireable. Unfortunately this won't change anything with Fredo calling the shots. This is why I'm indifferent as far as Gettleman goes even though on the surface he is the reason,if anything I'd be mildly curious the first offseason or 2 with Abrams or whatever Fredo sock puppet takes over
