When DJ had that concussion game, he came back the next week and obviously wasnt fully there.
When Glennon had that concussion, they left him out there and he looked like he didnt know what planet he was on.
I dont know what the process is there, but it falls under Judge and it looked real bad.

It is water under the bridge. At this point I am more concerned about the future than, what I am on what JJ did or did not do. He is not available to tell his side of the story. I am not going to speculate on his coaching activities.

Judge's biggest flaw was he was totally not ready to be a HC in the NFL. He was overwhelmed, outmatched and had little idea what to do in many sideline situations.

He worked them hard but taught them little.
Bad high school coach, meathead kind of stuff.
With all that work, such a miniscule amount of tenacity. Smh

Awww...the players practiced hard...cry me a river. I bet he wasn't as close to as hard as Parcells or Coughlin.
Coughlin got fired from the Jags because of an excessive amount of NFLPA fines and grivenances against the team...I don't remember Judge having that problem.

An NFL head coach worked his players too hard? Now I’ve heard of everything, Judge should have implemented nap time during the week for his players to overcome those grueling walkthroughs. Go figure, never heard a peep about those two a days back in the day. Now, those players had a gripe.

True, but if you were the HC, your player looks like he got concussed (in DJs case diagnosed), and you put them back on the field and they look like they are playing a different sport, does that not weigh in on the HCs decision? We all knew they weren't right.

It was pretty bad.

There will be more stuff coming out about Judge.. Agreed. Like the time he made a player go through a whole practice after he was diagnosed with gas.

You don't need to have NFLPA fines to have a practice structure that doesn't make sense. It doesn't sound like it's about working hard vs. not, sounds like players didn't feel like their bodies were optimized to perform on Gameday. That's a problem, especially with advances in sports performance/sports science and analytics makes planning around this stuff pretty clear.

This is a common complaint behind many a failed coach. The Greg Schiano "drill sergeant" style of coaching never works in the NFL. You can't treat adults like college kids and try to earn respect as a head coach by working your players like dogs.

Soft team, line up the excuses. Bill Parcells had the team hitting on Fridays before a Sunday game.

Judge was never going to succeed with this team and organization. I thought he would initially but his inexperience, this roster ad this organization was a recipe for failure.
I hope he gets another chance to be a HC because I think ultimately he may be able ti be a good one. He will earn from this and move on.

It was pretty bad. I think he actually had a 60+ completion percentage prior to the concussion. It's not just you, he looked totally different when he came back in the game. I think people's anger and frustration has made them forget a lot of what happened this past season. Sometimes people have lingering affects even after they're "cleared" to play too

Impossiblly bad situation for a guy with such thin experience. He will learn from it and i wish him the best.

I am not going to speculate on his coaching activities. No need. There will be literally dozens, most of whom don't know a thing about it, that will come out of the woodwork to ostensibly cover all that ground for us.

All that hard coaching and he didn't even make it to the Bud Bowl. Eliminated by Coors Light in the wild card game. smh
