When does Urshela get the recognition that he deserves. The dude has got to be the hottest hitter in the league. Gets 2 hits almost every night and usually they have been homeruns. Already up to 18 homeruns and .950 OPs while playing stellar defense . I thought he was all glove but maybe he’s figured things out. He is getting it from me.... He is about to be a GG and SS at 3B while being the batting champion if DJL isnt careful. Dude is on fire. He said he changed his swing up to barrel more balls. Guess it worked. that he he hit today was no cheapie, 461 feet a legit shot macgwire would be proud of.

Urshela has been money and has made Andujar expendable for some real pitching in the future

Let's not forget Gleyber Torres!
Miggy Andujar isnt getting traded until he gets healthy again if he does. Value is too low right now for a trade. Clint will be the piece traded. Andujar 1B 3B DH next year.

Worst decision Cashman ever made. It will go down as the new Ellsbury contract.

Torres literally destroys the Orioles pitching staff. It is insane how he is a one man wrecking crew against the Orioles. You would think that the Orioles would at least give him a HBP to at least disrupt him a little bit. Paul O'Neill's invasion of the MASN broadcast booth after Gleyber's 3rd HR of the doubleheader was hilarious.

This is getting boring... Not.
Good guys win again.
Now 80-41, third best start to a season in franchise history. 98' they were 90-31, but they didnt suffer any of the injuries this team has.
Gio had 3 more hits tonight.
Tauchman roped a 2 RBI Double. Goes 2-3 with a BB
DJL first pitch for the game for a HR.
Romine had 3 hits, Sanchez had 2 hits
And we saw the debut of Adonis Rosas to pitch the final 2 innings. Kid looked good. Gave up a HR but looked pumped. 24 years old from the DR but looks 16. Low 90s fastball with a killer slider/slurve pitch.
German goes to an MLB best 16-2

j/k Analyst..Amazing how much adversity they have overcome this year just to get to this point.

They very well could. The starting pitching is still light years behind Houston and Cleveland.

German leading the league with 16 wins who would thunk it. Sure houstons starting rotation better than ours, but oth they're not as good as they were a few years ago. I'd give Yankees slight edge in series.

A billion-dollar plan for the Yankees in 2019: Get Bryce Harper and Manny Machado
Here's the projected 2019 lineup: Harper LF, Judge RF, Machado 3B, Didi Gregorius SS, Sanchez DH, Aaron Hicks CF, Andujar 1B, Torres 2B, DFC (defense-first catcher) C.
So how do they get those extra 10 wins in 2019? Simple: They go on the most historic free-agent spending spree in baseball history. How historic? We’re going to lay out a realistic plan for the Yankees to spend a cool billion dollars this offseason. That's "billion" with a "b". Read more. www.newsday.com/sports/columnists/anthony-rieber/yankees-2019-machado-harper-stanton-1.21775676Again, bash Cashman all you want for the pitching, but he is doing great here with the bats... Too bad the Yankees can’t play the Orioles every game. They’re terrible.. The Yankees went 17-2 vs them this year. That is unreal! They have beaten up the other teams in the AL East this year except for the blue Jay's, yet they are 7-4 against them right now.

Yankees are 11-1 in 6 double headers this season. 5 sweeps and a split vs the Mets. 4-0 vs Baltimore.
Yankees hit 61 HRs vs Baltimore this season (19 games). The most HRs vs one team in MLB history for a season.
Gleyber Torres hit 13 of his 26 HRs vs Baltimore this season.
Torres (13) and Sanchez (10) both had double digit HRs vs Baltimore this season. It marks the 2nd time this feat was accomplished by the Yankees (Ruth and Gehrig 1927)
While the Yankees are 17-2 vs Baltimore this season, the Rays are 8-4, the Red Sox are 8-5 vs Baltimore, Blue Jays are 6-7 vs Baltimore.

It's like that smack down didnt even happen.
Nice bounce back win tonight. I was juggling between Yanks and Giants, but saw enough.
Tanaka was on again.
Urshela is the batting champ as of now.
The pen shut it down.
Bases loaded no outs and we cant score and I 100% thought we would lose.
Good guys win 3-2
Clinched the 27th straight winning season in a row. 27! 1992 was a long long time ago. Maybe that's a good omen.

Vladimir Guerrero Jr looked just like his dad, who was one of my favorite players watching growing up. The 20 year old kid hit a ball, I think it was a heavy slider buried in deep and about 5 inches off the ground, over the left field fence.
If you can watch the highlight go watch it.
It's just like daddy
