Truth hurts.. Everyone is focusing on the Beckham comments. However, they missed the point. We have yet to replace Odell on the field.. And spare me Kenny GoAway. He has been nonexistent all year. He was our last great player, yeah Barkley had his rookie season, and Williams balled last year. But, none of them were at Beckham’s status when he was rolling. But, this isn’t about Beckham. It’s about the sad state of the Giants. The franchise that has won four super bowls in 35 years. The organization, that was revered amongst the league. “Once a Giant, always a Giant.” Or doing it the “Giants way.” Both phrases went with the times just like the pay phone. We may not be Lions bad, or hold a candle to the Jets history of losing. But, a decade of medical waste that was supposed to be entertainment, is unacceptable. Stephen A. Smith is an attention whore, who doesn’t know his balls from his ass. However, everything he said is right about this franchise. keep hitting that nail on the head bro. One day they might get it

I couldn't care less about Smith, but this franchise is a public laughing stock. I listened to Mad Dog Sports radio on my way into work and on my way home yesterday. Both of shows agreed that this franchise is a dumpster fire that is living in the past. Cap hell, a shitty overall roster, a horrible front office, suspect coaching, and a back up QB masquerading as a starter? Yeah, we suck on every level imaginable. The people buying into this garbage only have hopes and dreams to cling onto. is that Chris Russo? Man I loved listening to him and Mike go at it lol and they/he damn sure were right on what you heard today smdh MDSR is a must for me because my commutes are absolutely awful. I spend over 3 hours a day in my car. I wouldn't wish southern CA traffic on my worst enemy Russo does work on that channel and I think he is an owner. The people I listened to yesterday were Adam Schein in the morning and Mike Meltser on my way home. They both were in agreement that we need to totally clean house. They both think that 1) Gettleman got his job simply because he worked with the Giants for years. 2) Joe Judge talks a big game about discipline yet our team is one of the most undisciplined teams in the league. He continues to get clowned for making players run laps or do push ups. 3) Daniel Jones is a high-end backup QB. IMO, I would not mind if they just blew up the entire operation by moving on from all 3. I wish that we would also get of Chris Mara, but we know that isn't happening.

I always wanted to hold on to hope and not have to start completey over. Even going back to the Eli thing and wanting to make one more last run at it with drafting Saquon, ect and those moves made to do that. I just wanted to think that we were just a few pieces away and it seemed so. But to tell ya the truth and quite frankly and honestly speaking, we have sucked for soooooooooooo sooooooooooo long that it almost just seems like the correct thing to do and almost like why not because NOT A DAMN THING WE HAVE TRIED AND BEEN DOING THE PAST 5 plus years has seemed to work or is working!!!!

I don't think that they like losing either, but they don't care about it as much as we do. They're in it to make money first and foremost. Their bottom line remains unaffected by what is going on, so they're not going to be in any hurry to change their ways. Publicly embarrassing them at every event in the NY tri state area would send a message **** being classy Stupid and classy is what got the Giants into this mess. Nepotism also. They need to run a business like a well oiled machine instead of a mom and pop farm stand.

Fredo continues to keep his gig because he is family and the Gettleman hire happened because he worked here for years previously. Until they break the headlock that nepotism has on them, the Giants are ****ed.

Lol, ok. Prove me wrong. You don't have anything. I'm not just making this shit up, friend. Yes , you are. Losing for the Giants effects what they can charge(rates) and who will advertise with them .Do you really believe a team that are losers can charge the same rates as a Super Bowl Winner? Do think the players get the same money for personal appearances as if they were Super Bowl winners, do you think they would be in the same demand ,negative press effects their bottom line . So now it seems to be your turn to show proof that you know the owners only care about money, as you say "prove me wrong", you can't , you are making it up out of frustration .

Considering Beckham's productivity in Cleveland the Giants /DG made a great deal. People forget Odell didn't want to be here . because we were garbage Then he never should have resigned with the team .

If you don't want to listen to the whole video it starts @ 5 min mark in which he talks about Gettleman's first move, the OBJ thing, ect. As much as some of us love OBJ or hate him, that move was the start of the question marks for Gettleman and he has definitely ran his course. About how back with the George Youngs, the Accorsi's, the Welington Mara's, how the Giants weren't concerned about alot of the back page stuff and PR moves/stunts ect we wanted to win football games. Oh man you musht hear it on how he rag dolled our upper management and ownership. A must listen to... Shannon Sharpe on undisputed talked about the Mara's and Tisch's and said he respects them but he wouldn't be surprised if they stay the course up top, if we don't win another game in the next 11-14 years!!! Ahhhhh........nothing like confirmation bias to make you forget that a person is normally a complete ass hat. **** him. I don't need HIM to tell me what's wrong with this team.

Nothing but speculation and zero evidence. Ask the people who continue buying this stuff how much the prices have gone down. The prices have actually continued to increase every year, just like the rest of the league. They're also having to increase prices to compensate for the losses attained dueing the Covid ravaged season. It's OK. I'm sticking to my guns because despite being a dumpster fire, they still continue being a very highly value franchise. Come on, you could have even Googled something as a rebuttal. You're simply guessing because you have no evidence to contradict my fact that their bottom line remains unaffected by their losing.

Having losing teams in the mecca of the sports world is a negative thing for the NFL. That the Giants & Jets have been atrocious for the past decade is not good for the NFL. Jets haven't sniffed a playoff game since 2010, Giants since 16'. 1 playoff app combined in a decade is an utter embarrassment! Having both teams be perennial playoff contenders on a yearly basis makes bank for the NFL, the ratings in primetime games will be thru the roof if both NY teams are good. If the Giants had been in 1st place with a 7-2, 6-3 record going into the Bucs game , the ratings woulda been the highest of the season as everyone woulda been hyping it as a possible NFCCG preview. But instead, the Giants were double digit underdogs & lost by 20 in an embarrassing effort on national TV & it cost a man his job.

It was like that way before Goodell became commissioner. Millions of people that can't stand them watch their games simply rooting for them to lose. The Giants, despite their pathetic decade, are still a very popular team as well. We travel well and have fans everywhere too. The franchise itself is a cash cow that sells itself. The Maras will never sell because they will continue making a fortune no matter where we are in the standings. Dallas is similar to us in that regard.

On morning TV today they said Aaron Rodgers drops from the 2nd highest rated QB to the 29th rated QB when he is rushed. That is the difference an oline makes. We will not become a real team until we have a real oline. Our oline is the worst I have seen. Watch the Cowgirls oline today. Besides their indivudal play they also play as a unit with all sorts of combinations. Our unit is always so predictable. Improve the oline and the dline to some of the best and this team will look totally different. Tampa rushed 3 and got to our QB. We rushed 4-5 and Brady could have had a tea party while standing around.

It is a business and they are businessmen. The PRIMARY purpose of a business is to maximize profits for its owners or stockholders. Everything else after that is secondary. My proof is that they are owners of a legitimate business. I'm done discussing this with you. If you respond again, I am going to let you have the last word. Have at it.

That is often the case in the real world but in professional sports owners are often already billionaires that will put winning ahead of money. Plus they will take losses knowing the value of the franchise goes up with winning. There are a dozen owners that would spend anything to win. That is a major reason caps were put in. To save owners from themselves. Money is not the reason this team wins or losses. People do not want to hear this but in terms of Superbowl wins (4) this franchise is as successful as anyone outside of NE in the last 35 years.
