Really they had 2 games with 0 sacks 1 game with2 and that is with injuries. some fans like to make things worse then they are lol. You keep bringing up sacks like their common amongst most O linemen. Great, he hasn’t give up a sack, that doesn’t make him a good player. Again, when you have 2-3 guys on your team who recently led the league in sacks and/or pressures (Solder, Thomas, Lemieux) than I can see why you think so highly of Hernandez. I mean if you think this O line is that good, then why not just bring them all back as starters next year and cut bait with Lemieux and Gates (or make rhem back ups) since this line was much worse with them in the line up? LOL your funny 2 rookies and and old guy who is supposed to be a swing tackle think we will agree to disagree if you have 4 guys average or above you are doing pretty good in todays NFL, the strength of offensive line plays is based on 5 guys that play as one in pass pro and in the run game everything is done as a unit. The Giants Super Bowl lines were never the best individually they were the best unit in the league. They had 2 undrafted 1 5th rounder and 2 second round picks, just the way it works they made a concerted effort to eat together do family parties together and have dinner as a unit to talk ball once a week, that is how good OLs become good or even great. You can put 5 top 10 draft picks on aline and they could be below average easily if they are not a solid unit and of course if the coaching sucks which we had Hal hunter and columbo for 3 years here neither are in the NFL right now.

Asolutely they are younger have a left tackle haven't had one of those since Deihl ran out of Gas, Had a center we will see bout him and Lemieux looked improved and Hernandez has been holding it dow,n hands down better unfortunately that isn't the Line they have been playing with.

From the Rams game this season and onward I think the OL will be completely awful atleast until Thomas is back.

This means if anything we have top end O line coaching for once as it seemed as a group they have been overachieving. Unfortunately there comes a tipping point where even this stops when you go past a certain point health wise

Even after it will have issues left guard they ar at 3 rd and 4 th options that position is struggling mightly.

Actually maybe you will understand this that THEY ARE BETTER THEN LAST YEARS LINE lol and probably the best one that has lined up in the last ten years here. Read my posts Vincent told you coaching has been terrible, till this year and wasn't much better after Flarety left ,to make Ereck Flowers feel better. Lets agree to disagree I will give you this they still need a RT unless Peart develops and maybe a center depending on Gates recovery.

I feel that QB has never been and still isn't the teams problem though. Eli was fine. He was playing in the wrong scheme with bad OL OK...So you're a fan OF THE PAST.
Maybe John Mara is counting on you for affirmation. Maybe THAT'S the problem here. Too many fans willing to give everyone a pass.
people are also too willing to give coaches another season to prove what we have already seen that sucks. I don't know about anybody else but I'm getting tired of waiting for next season to see what we have. I've never been a very patient person and I know what crap looks like when I see it and right now I don't see a team with a quick fix...
