Makes sense, let Eli play in front of his loyal fans!

Anyone watching the game last week saw DJ come up limping after a pass that he got knocked down on. He was gimpy the rest of the game. No conspiracy here, just football. It's a tough sport. We were spoiled with Eli's ironman run.

Leonard is a clown. Every week he dreams up some Giant “scandal” or “possible rule violation”. The man must be completely ignored by the Giant organization and the players......and who can blame them.

If Eli does well another team might pick him up in the future.

I think Jones could benefit from taking a game off and watching. I really don’t care about the conspiracy theories. We could forfeit the last 4 as far as I’m concerned. The only guy I’ve seen improve is Slayton. Baker is less awful. Jones looked better in September than he had of late. This all goes back to this coaching staff. Get them all out of here. All of them. Trainers, ball boys, assistants, assistants to assistants, strength people. Build it from scratch. They have not coached up a single player since arriving here.

I believe it’s a combination of both. Shurmur is teaching for any spark to save his job. Obviously DJ came up lame on that play. But he could have certainly played this week.

If Eli does well another team might pick him up in the future. Eli hasn’t done “well” against the eagles in the last 5 years. To think that him coming in now for one last HooooRah will change that is just media hype. He is much slower then Jones. Our offensive Line is a turnstile. The Eagles are still in contention to win the division and will be playing Hungry. The game is in Philly and the Fans will be crazy. The cards are enormously stacked against him. Chase Young is a real possibility now and as much as it goes against all that I believe, I no longer want to win these last 4 games.

If you guys don't like all these writers, why do you read them?
It's entertainment and their jobs are to be objective and provide content. This "Hot take" BS.....It's like you guys learned a new term and now you're just beating a dead horse. Do y'all even know what a hot take is? Is their anyone on here that makes a thread that they don't intend to be read, because that would be the only thing that isn't a hot take.
Media is a hot take, the daily headlines are hot takes....get over it

I get that there is little to write about the Giants that is positive, but resorting to this swill shows how desperate the author is.
Too bad for me the only reason to watch Giants play is now absent.
See ya in a few weeks.
Maybe.

What if Eli goes down, and Tanney comes in and plays lights out. lol At the very least that would be so entertaining. And really what else do we, the fans, have at this point? The only reason Monday's game has any intrigue to me is the fact Eli actually gets to play more football for the Giants. And I haven't seen him for months, so it'll take me longer to be frustrated about him checking down on 3rd and 7 when there's not enough space in front of the guy he checks down too.

If Eli does well another team might pick him up in the future. No team needs a 38 year old QB, nor do I think he wants to go play elsewhere.

It's as if people are forgetting the team they've been watching all year. Remember how great things were gonna be early in the year when they brought in Jones? Yeah, that was awesome. This team sucks. The Eagles have beaten the Giants 5 straight and were a playoff team last year. The Giants are fighting for designation as the worst team in football. Who wouldn't be expecting a W?

Maybe he'll surprise us and throw it to one of the covered WRs. It's really just a question of which stats we'd like to focus on while losing.
