lol.... too funny not to cherry pick this statement...
lol, not as bad as yesterday when I said I want LBs that can get themselves off.
typical locker room humor to lighten the day...lol

while there's nothing wrong with that, no one admits it in public...

Name that CB, I’ll even let you determine for what price we would have paid. You’re dancing around the question. Just stick to you guns and admit you would have criticized whoever we signed. Your plan was to sign some unknown cornerback who would be better and cheaper then Bradberry and not signed any linebackers even though we have to use 80 something percent of our capIf you go the draft section, and the mock draft thread, I have many fantasy GM FA signings... and mock drafts not only listing the player, but the amount in GM la la land...it's part of the ultimate GM experience...oh, and the corners I would draft. I've even suggested many a cornerback I would sign in many posts. Who suggested not signing a linebacker? You're abundance of urgency is refreshing, yet it still does not change the fact I find Bradberry and Martinez ... loathsome signings.
Haha trust me when I say I did not consider your reply abundantly urgent. Let’s just remember this “discussion” and revisit after the season has played out. For the record I am saying both Martinez and Bradberry will have a positive impact on our team this year

Your abundance of urgency to be right is also refreshing, albeit, redundant regarding the science of the brain and how it consumes many people on many subjects...shockingly, even this board. I will gladly eat crow and let it taste like chicken for wins.... as I can honestly say, I am only offering up an opinion, not hatred....and shockingly, have been wrong and right many times in the past

This quote from Martinez was in Newsday a few days ago: "Martinez says he had no gap responsibilities in GB this past season and was basically told by DC Mike Pettine to play off whatever Za’Darius and Preston Smith did up front and “make them right.” Defending his reputation on high tackling numbers, but coverage and gap issues. Seems he's divulging a bit much, rather than just show what he can do on this new team. Would he welcome a Simmons or Young to play behind, and keep them right?

How about we wait to see how the defense shakes out, see how they are utilized, see how Martinez plays, then draw judgement? Yeah I Know, imagine that.
