Man that is my fear. The top 3 WRs are gone by our pick. As much as we need help on the O I think passing on Parsons in that situation would be very tough. Look for WR help in round 2. If they go the Pitts route, still need a WR in the 2nd I love Parsons but we can win with our defense as it currently is constructed the offense we can not win with they need at least 2 more weapons. If they went the Pitts route, they better already have answer at WR. Parsons would be hard to pass up too.

Honestly, I'm usually against a TE in the first round, but if they do there due diligence and get some guys in FA and Smith/Chase are gone, I actually probably wouldn't be upset even knowing they'd probably just be wise going a different route, but at this point. I want all the damn playmakers they can get on offense. I'm so sick of watching garbage offenses. We have a decent oline, a fantastic rb and a potential franchise QB.. get him the weapons he needs and lets see where it goes. If Smith/Chase are gone I would take Rashawn Slater from everything i've seen. Or Surtain. Playmakers are needed but I think OT and CB are still big needs. Gettlemen wont trade back and I dont think there is another playmaker thats worth the #11 pick With that said, im almost positive Smith and/or Chase will be there when we pick I think that some teams may be hesitant about Smithβs size ....

It's a matter of our offense needs more then 1 WR they need another threat whether it is a WR and TE or 2 WRs. The defense is good enough to win with especially if they come back to full health the offense was #31 in the league. Parson would be great but we need to get this offense to at least the middle of the pack.

He and Waddle for that matter. I get you don't need to be Plaxico, but these guys are tiny.

Lamar Jackson was suppose to get snapped in half in the NFL two years ago if I remember correctly. These kids will be fine. They play for Alabama. They are all dogs at any size.

Man Ohio ST seems tone over pursuing some cut back running and misdirection is in order if this continues.

From your post to DGs ears. Imagine if we can add a stud WR in round 1 and Freiermuth in round 2? id ne amazed if he made it to their pick in the second, he's as polished as they come.

That's still 5" and almost 20 lbs on Smith. And they usually sneak an inch onto those college measurements. It's not as if Smith is going to bulk up 15 lbs if he wants to maintain his speed in the NFL. If you look at the better receivers for this past rookie class, they were all the guys over 6 feet.

It was on blast after his rookie year he put on like 18 pounds because he knew he needed to, to survive.

The shrimp is putting up numbers that make him arguably the best WR in college football history.

True, but that where a creative OC comes in. Should , Garrett get a HC job or be relieved of his job. I donβt want Kitchens but a creative ve college OC.
